Hey guys, Seems like my area is the worst I have ever seen it as far as figures have gone. Figures are on the shelves but it continues to be the same thing. Multiple Elite 85 Bray Wyatt's and AEW unrivaled series 5. Never saw Elite 86,87, or 88. They have been sitting there for months and aren't moving even though it's the holiday season. I have had to resort to buying online which I don't like because I want to look at the figure before I purchase it. I know there are many things worse than this but could potentially hurt the hobby. Anyone else dealing with this?

No figures for me this Christmas it appears. Only thing out there I want is zodiac. Ringside never put e89 slaughter on sale so I never made a purchase this whole season

Normally figures move great in my area, but not nearly as well this year. My closest Walmart has had the same 5 E85 Bray Wyatt figures on the peg for about 90 days now.
Also, basic 123 appears to be a "Christmas month" bust. Normally the dominating basic set during the Christmas season sells superfast around here, but not this year. My Walmart is flooded with basic 123 and they are not moving. It's apparent that kids don't watch NXT in large part, so no one knows who Dexter Lumis and Jake Atlas are, and everyone already has a Braun Strowman.
Compared to every other WWE/Mattel Christmas that I've witnessed, this one is not shaping up well at all from an in-person retail perspective. Other toys look like they are selling great.

For me E85-88 are pretty weak
E87 sitting at Walmart, just Otis and Braun alongside the Hollywood elites that aren’t even in wrestling gear
Target had a lot of Top Picks and some E88
The only figures that are real good this year for a kids present are E88 Roman, Rey and Riddle. I don’t see people really going for 33 dollar UEs or an Otis figure as a present.
I’m not having any issues but I can see how it would be for some
I’m just waiting on Elite 91 to ship but I don’t see that being until after holidays

I’ve been to bunch of marts and targets here in Utah. They’re pretty stacked but with figures nobody wants. The hot wheels section tho forget about it

My walmart has been like that for ages now.
Completely flooded with Basics that nobody wants or is buying. That includes six series worth of Championship Showdown.
But the only elites they have are the Hollywood ones. And no there is no Piper to be seen.
I eventually gave up. I bought all my figures off Ringside this year. I'm mostly caught up by this point and most of the prices were cheaper than what my walmart wants for them. And since I don't really collect legends I didn't have to worry about the CEs. So I'm ok.
That said, I have to laugh because I had a figure from ebay (that I bought for customs) that was coming from a seller less than 45 minutes east. It's now in GEORGIA. They shipped it on the 13th and it was in the Pittsburgh hub, but took a left turn at Greensburg and is now in Atlanta. I could have gotten in the car and drove to Altoona and had it a week ago. It's hilarious.

The Walmart closest to me put out 3 cases of elite 85 this morning even though the pegs were full of elite 85 smh. Not to mention that all of the other Walmarts in town are flooded with the same thing. I'd be surprised if I find any new figs in this area before February.

My nearby Walmart is flooded with 87 figures, Hollywood elites The Rock & Cena, top talent elites, & E86 Carmella’s.
Nearby Target got a new shipment of E87 & I saw 1 Survivor series elite Keith Lee.

The selection here in Canada in some parts are actually pretty decent considering we are usually really behind. We have elite 87, 88 and 89 on shelves. The Goon CE has popped up but not in full cases like previous CE's. Toys'R'Us are getting Legends series 12 then you have the standard basics and showdown packs nobody cares about. Cena and Rock from the Hollywood line are everywhere with very few Pipers. We also have too many Mae Young and Mustafa figures to count. No sign of Zodiac.

I see a lot of E87, which might be one of the weakest sets they’ve ever made so I’m not enjoying that

My local WalMart has been flooded with multiple E86 Rollins and battlepacks for months. Don't see them moving at retail price anytime soon.

I haven’t been to a store in like a month. Probably a little less than that, but feels like it. Working too much the last three weeks.

Well all my McFarlane DC figures I have preordered that were supposed to arrive from Amazon before last week have all been pushed back until late Jan - Feb. As far as wrestling figures go anything I wanted I ordered from RSC. So the only figure I was looking for is the Piper as Nada. Which I haven’t found, but Walmart has had plenty of other figures. The Targets now only have UE ( Rock/Cena) Legends (Piper/JYD/Gunn) and the Top Picks. ( Drew/Roman/Rey) and various Elite females. I have seen multiples of Ripley, Status, Candice, Bayley and Chyna figures at my area Targets.

Masters of the Universe He-Man Masters of the Universe Skeletor Yeah, that Masters of the Universe Origins line has been a distribution nightmare too. Every Walmart received waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much of original He-Man and Skeletor, and they've flooded the pegs for well over a year now. Because of this, the subsequent sets barely come in and they sell really fast, leaving just He-Man and Skeletor again. Target now has a similar problem. It's like the opposite problem that they had in the 80's, where no one could find He-Man and Skeletor. It's like they tried to compensate this time around but went way too far. Total retail disaster.
