Guess you gotta be an ‘influencer’ to get these figs early lol I just placed an order for rvd. Hopefully they start shipping yours soon. That isn't what you gotta be. There are lots of orders, aside from these as well. Orders take time to be packed. I assure you they are getting to them. Thanks for everyone's patience. just curious why all the influencers got theirs before Christmas while others haven’t shipped yet I got mine already shortly after Christmas but others haven’t

Thanks for everyone's patience. just curious why all the influencers got theirs before Christmas while others haven’t shipped yet I got mine already shortly after Christmas but others haven’t All the influencers did not get their sets before Christmas. Some did. When it comes to promotion, in rare cases some sets can be hand-picked specifically outside of the typical standard upon first arriving so we can make sure they're getting looked at and promoted via RSC. This is a pretty standard marketing practice and it's not meant to prioritize influencers, only to make sure the product is promoted well. You know as well as I do if this doesn't happen, the discussions and comments will reflect it, so instead of having influencers get lost in a very, very busy holiday season shuffle, a few sets were sent out. Otherwise, "lmao why is Ringside slow" or my favorite "we've already seen this"/"Elite 91 is old news/such-and-such store is already shipping this" starts to run rampant and even though it isn't at all a reflection of our shipping practices and quality for anyone who orders from RSC regularly (these sets won't hit retail stores for who knows how long) the way people like to discuss it for whatever reason is with this weird need to make it seem like we aren't doing a good job or shipping fast enough. Why this makes people feel good or get a kick out of themselves I won't ever understand but I can only assume it sometimes comes from young kids thinking they're funny and then in turn adults who like to act like young kids. It is what it is but unfortunately it makes some customers outside the realm of our collector community think what they're saying is actually the case when it isn't. A small group of influencers got their sets to avoid any confusion as to where the sets came from. Some of this stuff really moves at the speed of light and we want to make sure it's clear to everyone Ringside is the best place to get figures from. That's about the size of it.

My wife ordered me a bunch of figures for Christmas and the boxes came trashed from being stuffed into a box way too small. It was the full set of WrestleMania Elites, Unmatched Series 2 Wardlow & Tay Conti. I posted it on my Instagram and Ringside contacted me about the post claiming they wanted to make it right. They messaged me on Christmas Eve blaming their seasonal workers, getting it out in time for the holidays etc. They asked me for my order # so they could correct the issue. Later that day I responded to them when I was free (it was Christmas Eve after all) and it’s been left on read ever since. I’m a huge advocate for small business but this is just bad business man. Don’t do damage control on social media if you have no intention of making things right.
Amazon & Target charge retail and everything is pretty easy to find. Maybe with rising inflation they should take this kind of thing more seriously if you want customers to pay a premium.

So you strategically chose whose orders to ship first because you wanted to avoid widespread public realization that a competitor was shipping the same assortment before you? Is that also why you came into this thread shortly after another site started shipping these and said, “We’re shipping soon”? If that’s the case, it means you already had them physically in stock and only chose to act out of necessity of not being seen as “second”. Had another company not gotten them in stock and started shipping, how long would RSC have waited before they started doing so?

Mine haven't shipped yet. But that's to be expected with the holidays. Hopefully in the next day or so.

Social media is not generally the best way to correct customer service issues with us but let me know what your order number is and I'll look into it personally. Send me a private message. Hello Tom, I posted the issue on social media but I also contacted through email. All I was offered when I emailed was an exchange which given it was the holiday week and these were a gift I was not interested in as that’s a lot of run around to hopefully have them shipped correctly. Given there are now issues with warehouse staff I’m glad I didn’t take them up on that offer as I’d still be waiting for figures that were once again a gift. To be fair Ringside contacted me through social media (this was the day after the email was sent and I was already told only an exchange could be done). I then sent over the order # and as I mentioned earlier, unfortunately it was left on read. I’ll PM you Tom and I appreciate you reaching out, but to be honest I’ve lost hope that anything will actually be done about the matter.

I too have received for the first time from Ringside horribly damaged packaging. Last week the wrestlemania elite set and today elite 91 hogan and rvd. The wrestlemania elites looked like someone sat on them. The hogan and rvd were just a little beat up. Both of these shipment were sent in boxes way too small. I dont complain about stuff like this normally since i am a loose collector but i do like keeping the packaging around incase i ever want to repack them to display. This has never once happened when ordering from Ringside and ive been ordering since they were selling Hasbro Razor Ramons and HBKs back in 1996. I really hope this was just because of a bad holiday season with alot of orders and things fell through the cracks rushing to pack the boxes to ship out. My next order due is elite 92 flair and the exclusive undertaker so lets see what condition those arrive in.

The word I receive on when we are / aren't shipping changes for me when it comes to a standard shipment. There are tons of items, tons of sets, tons of things shipping constantly shifting on a daily basis and it isn't necessary to give you insight into when we do or don't ship things other than knowing we are trying to get everything out as fast as possible despite both unforeseen (dealing with Covid and making sure our regular warehouse staff and seasonal staff are safe and healthy to the best of our ability) and foreseen (the holiday season is always, always busier) circumstances. I do not live in NY and I am not at the warehouse so things can change at any time based on what I already pointed out as a very busy holiday season and just busy business in general, for most of last year. I am not getting into the details of this with you but you can rest assured promotional sets are a completely different case and story than everything else whether you or anyone else likes it or not. Some of the standard orders did in fact start shipping at the same time as some of those influencer shipments, along with tons and tons (and tons and tons) of other shipments taking place the day before a holiday weekend (with another holiday weekend on the horizon a week away). Just because someone didn't immediately run to instagram or whatever to post about them or broadcast here (keeping in mind WFigs is not the end of our customer base) what they received doesn't mean that no standard customers with no partnership didn't receive anything. It's really not anyone's business other than the person who ordered unless they decide to publicly make it such. A few sets shipping out upon arrival isn't a huge deal to make sure we are promoting the product well. It isn't a matter of necessity in being seen as first or second - frankly I could care less because I know RSC is top of the heap. The issue is with the misinformation that spreads on our social and the side comments all from people trying to create social media ruckuses and get attention and if it wouldn't affect some other, more casual customers perception of things and cause confusion (which in turn brings up more customer service requests of 'where's my stuff? Is there any truth to this?' which makes things even busier than than they need to be) you can absolutely bet I would suggest RSC completely ignore the bellyaching or people trying to get rises out of others as if we're withholding these toys purposely to make people unhappy. I gave that response for clarification, not to get into a discussion about whether or not we're bothered about being seen as 'first or second' because for me it's easy - we are first and if there is a second it's not on our radar in the way that you're trying to imply. I'm not going to comment any further on business practices aside from surface level marketing, which I'm telling you right now is pretty standard practice and we are not prioritizing one set over the other, even with influencers, other than a small group who we were able to task someone with pulling the sets for. Make no mistake, we are doing all we can to ship everything we have outstanding (which includes more than just Elite 91) as quickly as we can and make sure everyone gets everything as soon as they humanly can.

I preordered my Hogan, Zayn, RVD, and 3 Owens figures the day the preorders went up. I emailed Ringside this past Friday, and I’m still waiting for it to get past the dreaded “pending” status.
Hoping it ships tomorrow.

I don't mind the wait.. I am in no rush and am understanding. I am just happy enough because I ordered WWE, AEW and NJPW figures in one order, from one site. I rip mine all open anyways, so I don't care how my box arrives either.

Slightly off topic but wanting to ask with Tom in the chat. Any idea when Reckoning will be back in stock? I remember seeing someone here saying she will be.

I'd bet there could be a few more pieces but I haven't received any word of this. Something you would have to keep an eye on the site for.

I think the latest shipment I'm waiting on is probably the longest I've waited for something from them, but I don't care 'cause we're just coming out of the holiday season, god damn almost everyone is sick, and it'll probably be here tomorrow or Thursday anyway.
