My order from 2 days ago already shipped. In all my orders from ringside never had an issue. Not all comments and questions are intended to be complaints. oh wow that's nuts. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and it hasn't shipped. i guess there is no order in how they ship |

Nothing yet, did PM about my order.
What gets frustrating for people is when you see customers who ordered after you saying they already received their orders, while yours hasn’t even had a label created yet, much less shipped. I think that’s the issue a lot of people get upset about. Not that you guys or short staffed, or that your not going fast enough. It’s that new orders seem to take priority over pre orders sometimes

Still no shipping for me either. Preordered 3 of E91 on 10/29 within the first few minutes of them being up for pre-order. Hopefully by the end of the week :/

Id just like for them to answer my email about a figure that was returned to them for a replacement 14 days ago. Even if its a "hey we got it, we're super behind we'll get it out ASAP" I emailed asking when an order of mine would ship and this is what they said: “Due to the rise in Covid numbers, we are at limited staff so all orders and shipping carriers will be delayed unfortunately. I do apologize. Thank you.” same |

Yea, I’ve been waiting since 12/25, but it’s hard to get aggravated because normally I get tracking within 24 hours, so I def have to cut them some slack |

I'm curious how much volume they are doing and how many employees are filling orders currently. I use to work for a small pharmaceutical company in the warehouse. there were only 3 of us filling daily orders and not only did you have to invoice but also provide a paper trail for each item which took a long time and we could easily ship 50 or more shipments a day with multiple items in each shipment.

Unfortunately due to the huge surge in Covid cases in NY it has affected some of our staff. I will say this. it's not just RSC that's having issues it's everywhere including shipping companies like FedEx. I placed an order with spamS last week and it hasn't moved since it was scanned last week. amd a few other various orders are taking longer in transit. a lot of companies are short staffed right now.

Ringside just did a major update to their damaged packaging section which is awesome. However every item that’s on my order I’ve been waiting on is now a few dollars cheaper which is disappointing.
