I think the nWo t-shirt was the one that came with Mattel Elite Series 22 The Giant possibly. I can't remember any Classic Superstars figures that came with an nWo shirt outside of Scott Hall (but that was a rubber shirt). Could possibly be a custom made shirt, I just can't think of any figures in the Jakks line that would have came with this outside of the Classic Superstars line. Hogan had the Wolfpac shirt in Classic Series 12 but his nWo shirt was painted on in Series 8.

The shirt looks custom made.
The spray can is from toybiz line. The Hollywood Hogan first release came with one but Im 99% positive the trim was in silver not white so Im not sure which other figure had the can

The scale of the spray can is throwing me off. I'm thinking it has to be a toy biz accessory, but I can't figure out what figure it came with.
