I was wondering the best way to resolve this issue OR if anyone was having a similar issue. I bought the new Elite Mania set from Ringside. When trying to put the Vince together the left arm just does not click into the torso. Not sure if I should reach out to ringside or Mattel or if anyone knows of a fix for the issue. Super annoying. Both the torso and arm look to be in great condition just the pieces don’t click. Never have this issue with any other build a figure lines like Marvel or DC.

Do you have pics of the arms? The same problem popped up with the BAF Paul Ellering. Came to find out that Mattel put the arm in the wrong peg. The shoulder joint has 2 pegs, one for the bicep part and one that goes into the torso. The one that goes into the torso is smaller.

Had a Paul Ellering do that to me. I sold it on eBay and ordered another and got it and instead of the arm not clicking into place, it was the waist. I kept it, but it took me 3 Ellering’s to get a good one. Had another BAF not lock the arm in, but I can’t remember which one it was.

my arm did the same but i got it to click in but it took a good push a twist ...etc...but im not sure if it will hold if i go to use the arm, ill try it later, but there is prob a small defect happening with the socket or the arm mold. as it did with Ellering. hope it can be fixed in the future.

If you contact Mattel they’ll probably refund you the purchase price and you can try to purchase another for the arms and hope it’s better

My Vince had a waist issue and left arm issue. I finally got the waist to click in using more force then I'd like on a figure.
The arm, well, it's in there, but if I move it, it pops out.

Hey all. I was able to put the torso is hot water and plug in my Vince arm. It’s perfect now!

Putting the torso in hot water shouldn't have had any effect. Harder plastic doesn't get soft. Either way glad it was fixed.

I had the same issue and really had to work to get it in. I had the same problem with a couple other BAF figures (but not all), and one of those (JJ Dillon) still isn't right - it pops out easily.

One arm was very stubborn for me too, really had to push and twist

Just heat up the shoulder area with a hairdryer and the arm will pop right in . I had to do this with a few BAF figs.
