1. Royal Rumble spots are by invitation only.
2. Entrant clock is visible at ALL times.
3. Eliminations can ONLY be done by legal participants.
4. Eliminations occur when a wrestler goes Over the Top rope and loses control of the top rope AND the wrestlers feet leave the outside apron. (So if their feet leave the outside apron they can only still be legally in the Rumble if they are hanging onto the top rope ie. HBK)
5. Entrants must enter the ring before the next entrant or they are dq’d.
6. Entrants have 10 seconds to reenter the ring if they are forcibly removed from the ring other than being eliminated or they are dq’d.
7. If an entrant voluntarily leaves the ring on their own by any means they are eliminated.

The only thing I would want changed is that when someone is on the other side of the ropes but they’re pushed off, that shouldn’t count since they weren’t thrown over the top rope with their feet hitting the floor, they were simply knocked off the apron.

All these rules suck.
1. Royal Rumble spots are by invitation only.
Why?....
2. Entrant clock is visible at ALL times.
Trust me. You don't want the boring spots of the Rumble to go on longer than the producers think they should...or the really fun parts to be cut due to a true countdown.
3. Eliminations can ONLY be done by legal participants.
Convelutes the match by added rules. What is the point of adding this? This rule would only take away from solid stories that are built in the match.
4. Eliminations occur when a wrestler goes Over the Top rope and loses control of the top rope AND the wrestlers feet leave the outside apron. (So if their feet leave the outside apron they can only still be legally in the Rumble if they are hanging onto the top rope ie. HBK)

They should change it so that to be eliminated someone has to be thrown under the bottom rope like a Slip 'N Slide.

You forgot the most obvious one.
One lucky fan will win an invitation to join the rumble every year! Taped directly under their seat! They can sell the slot to the highest bidder, but they forfeit the opportunity to join any future rumbles. They can also trade their slot in for the money in the bank briefcase. Once they have the case, they can demand a title match at any time, and for any title, for up to the standard 1 year. However, if they lose the cash in, they are fired from their real life job and imprisoned in Saudi Arabia for a period of 15 months.

Everyone starts the match in the ring. All thirty men. Must eliminate them over the top rope still. But the timer is still going. Each two minutes a name is randomly selected and will have to leave the match. If the name draw is already gone, nothing happens. So the point is to eliminate everyone as fast as you can.
Also we add a second womens Rumble match to really piss off people who hate womens wrestling.
