We don't need your snide remarks, we fully understand the situation but you're missing the bigger picture here. I'll spell it out so you can join us on the level. Ready?... Mattel partners with these billion dollar corporations like Amazon, Target, and Walmart and our measly little complaints to Steve are not to say we think he can fix anything with the current situation, but this has been an ongoing trend amongst many of us, so our comments may help future releases. Make sense? No. Because Steve has expressed in that thread multiple times that once the figures are sent to Amazon/WalMart/Target, they no longer have any information how those companies handle their stock. Yet people continue to ask “When will Amazon send me my figure?” Nobody wants to join any “level” that involves not comprehending the simplicity that he can’t answer questions regarding Amazon’s stock or shipping times. Make sense? Move along bud. We got this. |

I sold my entire collection when Wal-Mart cancelled my pre-order for the DOD2 Kane. I'd come here and demanded that Bill and Steve personally write me a letter of apology in blue or black ink on something slightly higher quality than standard, loose-leaf paper, and I never got one.

Scenerio:
I ordered the Mario advent calendar for my son. Naturally they canceled it cause it's on a boat somewhere. Okay fine.
I ordered him another fnaf advent and was scheduled for Dec 1. Cool.
Dec 1 comes, and I get a delayed message. These advent calendars were 39.99.
Later in the day, I see amazon market selling the same calendar for 75 bucks.
I kept my delayed order intact, and ordered the 75 dollar calendar with 1 day shipping. Got it fast.
My delayed order finally shipped the 16th of December the one I paid 39.99 for.
Once that came in, I immediately returned it as the 75 order.
Is what I did messed up? Absolutely not.
Is Amazon sending me a delayed advent calendar 16 days into December, whilst having stock of it in marketplace?Absolutely yes.

I'm not saying you should do the same for hogan, because you may be out the return window whenever hogan decides to ship.
It was only 20 days between swapping.
It's not something I normally do, this was prolly a 1 off, I was getting pissed off at the delays.

All they see and get is money and that’s all they care about. How dare they run their business like a business. If Mattel had any integrity and cared about the REAL fans, they would cease all business with Amazon immediately, and give all of those items for free to my buddy’s toy shop. |
