I ordered Rock n Sock two pack back in October and was supposed to deliver yesterday. This morning I got a cancelation email and it's magically available on Amazon from other sellers for 90 bucks or more. What gives?
My experience with ordering figures on Amazon has been lousy. The hogan and warrior ue exclusives taking forever with little to no communication and now this.

Same happened to me my 2 pack was scheduled to be delivered jan 2 and got a cancelation email. I chatted with Amazon customer service and got the response that it conveniently available from other sellers at a higher price. Lol its a joke already with pre orders across the board even with Ringside.

I had a rock and sock preorder on Amazon and promptly canceled it when it was on RSC. It was only $1 cheaper, but I knew I would get it with how unreliable Amazon has been lately. I ordered the daily bugle Lego set from them last week, selected prime day delivery to get less packages and less trips to my house and it was delayed and then canceled. Asked Amazon customer service WTH? Their response was they shipped them out on based on delivery day estimation and the fulfillment station ran out of stock. |

Mine didn't cancel. They did send me an approve delay email today though.

They cancelled mine last week.
I will NEVER order them again. I am at the point where, if Mattel and Amazon no longer want my money, I will not bother any longer. Amazon cancelled, my Royal Rumble Warrior(Three preorders) which I preordered in July, in December, then they cancelled the Rock Sock 2 packs last week and I am like, well time to move on.
I will not order any where else. My preorder went unfulfilled and unless Mattel writes me an apology, I will not bother. I saved over 100 bucks on those cancelled preorders and moved on with my life.
Next up is if they cancel my Hogan Amazon exclusives. I expect it to get cancelled at this point to be honest. Mattel is a lost cause seemingly having zero answers to anything.

Received my cancellation notice too, which is alright because I forgot I preordered it. I ended up buying the set during one of Ringside’s Black Friday deals, so I guess this cancellation worked out.

I got a notice yesterday that said it needed to be approved since item wouldn't be arriving until a later date. It wasn't canceled for me though.

Mine has not be cancelled yet. Still says estimated February 18, ordered on September 12. But I do expect it will be cancelled. I could have ordered from Ringside instead but I ordered so much other stuff from Ringside over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales I figured I'd just let it ride on this 2-pack with Amazon. Disappointing if Amazon can't fulfill these orders but this isn't a must have for me.
