*patiently waits for macho and T to restock on Paul’s store* Give it about a month and they’ll be on there for a few months at $19.99. Plus they will be in stores soon i can tell because they are all currently $60+ on Walmart which tells me scalpers have them. They will be in abundance soon

Definitely getting Impatient on the new set with two new retro sets being released the last few months
But these are so much better for the price . Hall and Nash superstars blows the retros out of the water and they are pretty much the same price

I'd be curious for someone from Walmart or Mattel to comment on this.... So a Walmart Exclusive.... that's no longer available from Walmart.... can be purchased from a 3rd party seller..... THROUGH Walmart's website.... for a markup of $120?

Because the product is being sold through Walmart's website. It's a Mattel product that was supposed to be exclusive to Walmart. But instead, when you search it up on Walmart's own website - that is what you get. Why are they not selling their own products? Why are they advertising 3rd Party Ripoff Scalpers - scalping their OWN PRODUCT on THEIR OWN WEBSITE for $120 markup? That's what I'd like them to comment on. I personally really dislike the way the big box retailers use their websites as links to 3rd party sellers anyway - but this is a blatant case of BS.

I don't know, I find it weird that you clearly understand exactly what's happening, but still expect Mattel or Walmart to comment on it? Walmart wants their website to be like Amazon. Amazon sells products but you can also buy from 3rd party sellers. If there's an Amazon exclusive, and people buy it and re-sell it marked up through Amazon, people don't get near as upset as when the same happens on the Walmart site. Amazon wouldn't do anything about it, and Walmart's not going to do anything about it. Mattel certainly isn't going to do anything about it, because they've sold the products to Walmart and now this is all out of their hands. Like I said, I get why it sucks, and I am not defending it or anything... but don't hurt yourself getting so upset about something neither company cares enough to do anything about.

Anyone else concerned about the future of this line? Series 3 came out roughly October/November to Walmart and we still aren't seeing anything on the new wave. I would imagine once March hits we hopefully will and then Series 5 in Julyish. Packing Macho/Rock in both takes a little wind out of my sails as I am most excited about Natural Disasters and Rude in those lines. I know they need heavy hitters per wave, but I hope we get more guys like Vader, Big Boss Man, Yokozuna, Bam Bam Bigelow, Ricky Steamboat in Dragon attire, and perhaps some of the newer signed legends like Steiner Brothers, King Harley Race, and of course Zeus. Love the line I just hope if Walmart drops/botches it they can move to Mattel Creations

Do like what they’re doing with the retros and sell em in cases of 4 with a somewhat matching theme. Have a Heenan Family wave, WM9 Headshrinkers vs Steiners wave, etc.

Have a Heenan Family wave, WM9 Headshrinkers vs Steiners wave, etc. This line needs Creations so badly, I really think it could go for a long time if they give people a chance to get into it. I wasn't sold on these figures whatsoever until I started seeing people unbox them, then getting a few myself and posing them up on the shelf I absolutely fell in love with them and had to have the whole set. The first series wasn't that strong and super prevalent, then series two was very strong and very scarce. Similar to retros with the Flair, nWo Macho and others you can't show us figures we really want and then make finding them a needle in a haystack. People like me who are "collect em all" kids at heart will scour for them, but most don't want to work that hard to buy wrestling figures. Unfortunately, from what I and others have asked Steve in the Q&A, I gather that Mattel doesn't have the autonomy to pull the line from exclusivity unless Walmart decides they're done with it.

That's pretty standard for gaps between series. Heck they are usually more It does suck Rock and Macho are in both series. I'm still hoping series 5 is released fairly quick after 4 because it's only 2 figures. I still have high hopes for this line. I have the whole set so far and love them. It's the only figures I own now

I really Hope that Steve can see collectors love the line just incase Walmart stops carrying them. Would be fantastic if ringside carried them or they became creation exclusive like the retros.

It's the only figures I own now You do bring up a good point that Mattel did actually get a lot of these out and announced in one year. Someone correct me if I'm wrong because I wasn't on these day one, but IIRC Series 1 got out to the public somewhere around March-April 2022. Series 4 was made available for pre-order in November of 2022. Putting Walmart's haphazard distribution aside, when was the last time Mattel took a "special" line like this and had five waves announced in its first year? Granted they had the molds from the MOTU line already in place, but Mattel comes across as very enthusiastic about this line. I feel like Steve and/or Bill have said in reveal videos this is their favorite active line. I think that's part of what causes people's frustration with the line, it's clearly something the manufacturer values and people really like.

Yes Series 1, 2 and 3 were all in stores last year. Hoping we at least get 4, 5 and 6 this year. But again it sucks that 5 only has two new figures. That's the downside. I would love to get another 12 figures this year
