He wore purple in 1990 and 1991 which is what the Hasbro is based on but the Superstars in specifically based on KOTR 1996 ah ok, yeah now it's coming back to me. Actually I think even Mania 8 he returned in purple Here is an image from January of 1991 when he wore the purple attire that is really close to the Hasbro 3 figure.  Here are the trunk again but with different kneepads and boots:   He also wore these purple trunks in 1990/91, the Warrior symbols are larger here:   And yes, there was also purple in his attire when he returned at WM8:  |

so like....is series 4 and 5 ever going to hit retail? I believe it just did because someone on a Facebook group I am part of posted he was able to get all 4 today Hopefully they hit my local market. Never did see Hogan, HBK, Nash or Hall on the shelves but Bray, Flair and Warrior are keeping the pegs nice and hot. |

Yeah just ordered Mr. T! I really wanted two Ts but Im sure I'll get another (and Savage) sometime in the coming months.

While I patiently wait for Series 4 to hit, I figured I'd list my biggest wants for this line in upcoming waves. My list is based off who I know has a deal in place
1) Andre: By far #1. My top 5 in any line are Flair, Savage, Hogan, Warrior and Andre. So Andre is a huge must for me here
2) Bret
3) Mr. Perfect
4) Piper
5) Jake Roberts
Honestly after these guys, I would be happy with whomever. But these are musts for me.

While I patiently wait for Series 4 to hit, I figured I'd list my biggest wants for this line in upcoming waves. My list is based off who I know has a deal in place 1) Andre: By far #1. My top 5 in any line are Flair, Savage, Hogan, Warrior and Andre. So Andre is a huge must for me here 2) Bret 3) Mr. Perfect 4) Piper 5) Jake Roberts Honestly after these guys, I would be happy with whomever. But these are musts for me. They came out around the same time so they all blend together. But yeah, that Andre without the MOTU accessories is a perfect heel Andre Superstars fig. Makes me think they’ll do baby face trunks Andre when they get around to him with the accessories for a 2 in 1 for those who missed out on the MOTU. |

All of these are great choices. For Jake, I'm not sure if I'd want his babyface run or heel run, might as well do both. Here are some I wouldn't mind seeing: Macho King - a very colorful attire with jacket, crown, scepter, and hat Hulk Hogan - 1989/1991 era with Hulk Rules shirt and bandana Brutus Beefcake - colorful attire with entrance coat and shears Sid Justice - 1991/1992, with either the red or bright blue trunks Sgt. Slaughter - Iraqi sympathizer with headdress, and removable military uniform Ultimate Warrior - 1990 WWF champion, colorful attire with a colorful world title belt British Bulldog - 1991/92 era, with entrance cape Warlord - singles run with mask, shoulder gear, and staff Texas Tornado - WWF IC title run with entrance robe Ricky Steamboat - WWF Dragon attire (1991) Big Boss Man - with night stick, jacket and hat Bam Bam Bigelow - not sure what he could come with, maybe Luna... Tugboat - would go great with the Hogan I mentioned above and the Earthquake in S5 Dusty Rhodes - WWF polka dot attire R&B Greg Valentine - to go with the Honky Tonk Man we already got Razor Ramon - colorul attire with the IC title Diesel - black and silver attire with WWF Title 123 Kid - colorful attire Hunter Hearst Helmsley - from 1995/96 Zeus - with entrance gear Superstar Billy Graham - some colorful attire from his title run Steiner Brothers - WWF era Hart Foundation - 1990/91 era with tag titles and Sgt. That’s a great list and would welcome all of them. Most are very possible minus LOD, Demolition and Texas Tornado. But I would be jumping for joy of Mattel was able make them again . Especially LOD .
Actually, I forgot about Dusty . He would be a huge want for me . He goes with the line perfectly

Finally saw Michaels, Hall and Nash in Central Iowa via the Wrestlemania shipper. Couldn’t resist picking up HBK. I’ll grab Razor and Diesel if/when they make those.

Sucks trying to find them at walmart Ringside got in at least 2 of the first series ones (Hogan and Wyatt), so I'm guessing it's just a matter of Mattel having inventory of certain figures that Walmart says they don't need more of. |
