According to Steve (can't remember if I asked him or someone else to be fair), the line is a Walmart exclusive & Walmart would have to request a ring. Which they very well could, but idk, given how disinterested they seem in their WWE exclusives I'm not banking on it. If the line ends up moving to another place like a Mattel Creations I think they would make it because Mattel knows how much collectors love Superstars. Yeah, I definitely agree that Walmart sucks with exclusives. They always have for as long as I've been collecting, but I was just trying to say that the MOTU line was also a Walmart Exclusive and we got a few rings so I don't see why we wouldn't get at least one. Iirc, the WWE-MOTU single ring didn't sell too well. I remember getting one on clearance for like $5. But the other 2 that came with the figures sold pretty well. I guess I'm just being hopeful. I agree that we'd all be happier if the Superstars line expanded outside of Walmart and could also be found at Target, MC, etc. Walmart has a bad history of canceling lines out of nowhere, and especially skipping on waves/series. I like the MOTWU rings, but now I wish there was an easier way to convert them to regular rings like some of the MOTWU figs convert to regular wrestlers. I'd love to see a Superstars ring, though. Some of the suggestions here would work perfectly.

Great to see this line continuing. Captain Lou is such an odd choice, considering there’s not really anyone in the line for him to manage other than the Hulkster I guess. But the figure looks tremendous and could be great custom fodder. I bet people are making some great customs in this line with all the swappable parts.
I do wish there wasn’t a shoehorned-in cloth goods gimmick with these, I think it’s a waste with Mr Perfect and Bam Bam. And I wish Vader was in his WWF costume.
So much to look forward to with what’s been shown. And so many possible greats beyond that - Stone Cold, Bret Hart, British Bulldog, Doink, Big Bossman, Jake Roberts, so many more. I hope Goldust makes it back while Superstars is still going, he’d be perfect.
I’d love to see them do a ring, love the idea of an homage to the LJN ring. Throw in a classic blue cage too!

The clothes are the most Remco thing about the whole line and just about every figure has something underneath molded/painted on Bam Bam has the Japanese attire underneath the WWF shirt and Perfect might have a second singlet

Hate that Bam Bam is a mashup. At first I thought the fireballs down the sides of his legs were just lazy flame designs. Why would they feel the need to give us such an obscure, ugly attire on Bam Bam? 🤦♂️ Would’ve looked great had they just made the tights his WWF ones to match his top.

I dont think Bam Bam needed soft goods at all. Not every Remco figure had soft goods either like the Fabulous Ones. Bam Bam would've sufficed with some extra hands and heads with different expressions instead.

I do agree that shoe-horning soft goods onto every figure is a bit unnecessary. It's a really nice touch, and when it works well it can really send a figure over the top, but it's just not always needed and I'm worried will lead to some bizarre WTF choices down the line. Series 2 Shawn is one of my favorite figures in the line, not an ounce of soft goods on him. Not really sure Typhoon needed soft goods outside of matching with Earthquake (the lack of any idea what to put under it being the main reason) and I definitely don't think Bam Bam needed it.
If they insist on soft goods with every figure, the above idea of using classic 90s WWF t-shirts (like the packaging) is actually a neat idea when there's nothing better to use. A lot of those shirts are somewhat lost to time.

Like JYD in white tights is probably needed considering his MOTU fig was hard to get. But outside of his dog collar and chain what else are you packing with him? Crown? His WWF catalog shirt is pretty much it.

I've been waiting for Doink because you know it's coming eventually. How could they not make him in this line? Imagine if they got the rights to One Man Gang, he would also be perfect for this line. Akeem, too.

They way I see it is Mattel has a budget to work with within a series. So I would think they would mix guys that don't need a lot of "accessories/soft goods" with guys that you can do a lot with. Take JYD in a line with Brutus Beefcake and Bret Hart. there's a lot you can include with the latter 2 that would eat up more cost

Two packs would be a good idea for wrestlers that don’t need cloth accessories. $30 price point. Do guys like Hart Foundation in blue. Razor and 123 Kid. Kane and Paul Bearer.

I hate what’s painted underneath and on his pants. And that the pants and shirt don’t even go together.

Is this line just sitting in other people's walmarts? Mine has had dibiase, Taker, shango, warrior for months and they aren't moving. I'm wondering how they plan to make it to multiple planned waves.
