Just a quick Ringside Shipping Update! Unfortunately a lot of our staff was out the past few weeks due to the Covid surge in NY causing some processing delays. Thankfully they are all back and are working hard at getting everyones order out as quickly as possible. We expect to be back to normal this week. Thanks for your patience and understanding. i was getting concerned. but i did get my notice for Hogan.RVD and the last of the massive buyoff i did on the holiday sales, yesterday. thanks for working at getting orders out again in a decent timeframe.

If I made a huge order before Christmas, all in stock at the time but now not everything still in stock currently, will I still get my order asap? In other words, were my items reserved before sellout? Thanks!

If I made a huge order before Christmas, all in stock at the time but now not everything still in stock currently, will I still get my order asap? In other words, were my items reserved before sellout? Thanks! If it was in stock at the time of order, it wasn't on backorder; RSC's systems will pull a product from their site once they sold out on it and then they'll relist it as backorder. Their shipping delay was due to the pandemic; we'll get our orders when they can mail it out, but I hope they all stay healthy and well on their end as they do so! |

That is correct, if you have an existing order for an item that is reserving it. If you see the item on back-order on the site now for a later date, that is for new orders, it does not affect your order. Thanks for your patience and understanding. |
