Maybe its just me but some of them didn't make sense. Are there other examples of this buffoonery?
If I remember correctly Mr Fuji was manager of demolition. Who were the champs & he betrayed them to go with the jobber team of POP. Why?
Jimmy Hart turned on Hogan. Who is the champ, the biggest star, biggest $ contract, movie actor, immortal, nobody can beat him unless they cheat to go with a group of Halloween rejects. So confusing.
Paul bearer stabbed undertaker; who is a dead zombie. Nothing can really hurt him so he's virtually unbeatable. He's proven himself. To go with a newcomer mankind. A crazy lunatic who hangs out in a boiler room with rats. I don't get it.
Paul heyman went from representing Brock who was wwe champ to go with big show because...?

Powers Of Pain weren't jobbers...they came into the to WWF to chase Demolition and were booked strong up to their feud with Demolition & long after man....

The Mr. Fuji turn is different for many reasons.
So the story was, that the whole situation wasn't to make the Powers of Pain heel. Apparently it was to make Mr. Fuji a good guy, managing the Powers of Pain. However, fans ended up cheering on Demolition instead because they didn't like Mr. Fuji.
The only time Fuji became a good guy was at Wrestlemania XII when he managed Yokozuna, Ahmed Johnson and Jake Roberts and was waving the American flag at ringside.

Fuji and babyface dont mix so even though it was confusing,POP turning heel and Demo going face was definitely the right decision.

To this day, I wonder why Vince thought that the fans would cheer on Fuji and POP over Demolition?? Like even at the end of the match, the way POP and Fuji were celebrating was of which a baby face unit would celebrate. At times I swear Vince isn't really that smart but more so just lucky with his wrestling promotion and how things worked out for him.

The entire POP/Vince thing is a headscratcher...
Hired when he couldn't get The RWs after attempt #2. Inserted them into the scenario he had planned for Hawk & Animal.
Wasn't impressed with crowd connection for them. Demolition was already getting cheered plenty by the time POP were brought in because of their cool entrance tune & no nonsense style in the ring...but still wanted them heel & POP face.
Breaks them up when he signs the RWs and flushes a ready made programme where the Roadies could have broken them up & started a feud with Fuji that could have included Demolition later
Ah well 😌
