At this point I'm cool with anything wrestlemania 1 to 14, I think that timeline would be perfect. A few years before Hasbro, Hasbro years and then a couple of post Hasbro years.

I voted Golden, New Gen, and Attitude era. I included Attitude since they touched it series 2 of the original run. My dream line up would be:
123 Kid Shawn Michaels Hunter Hearst Helmsley Lex Luger
Next, I would want an Attitude era ring. I'd love for them to do it similar to the BCA Raw is War monster ring in solid black with red ropes.

Bob backlund would be great imo, also a simple trunks body which could be reused
While we might all want sculpted guys, simple bodies you can get mileage out of would be a good option imo

My time watching stretched from the Golden Era to about 2002, so that would be my focus, but during the original Retros run then I was happy with any generation. A Bruno for example would’ve been fine for me.
Now that the Retros don’t have the Walmart issue, and they can be more selective then I hope they concentrate on Golden Era to Attitude Era.
I certainly hope the next set is New Generation-themed, or at least partially represented if it’s not a theme box.
I am though interested in what they do with Hulk Hogan, since he was SO well represented in the Hasbro line during his main run in the WWF. I’d say something like:
-WrestleMania 1: yes, that’s different enough from the Hasbros and obviously we have this first set representing that match so that works. -Mega Powers: yes (with Macho, obviously)
But after that... I’m struggling for what we need from his main WWF run? Then I’d want to move onto WCW, nWo, Wolfpac, Hulk Still Rules, the recent SummerSlam Elite?
Maybe a red jumpsuit in tribute to the mail-away?

I went with golden and new generation. That to me seems to be the right era's. 1989-1996 would be the best fit. But I wouldn't mind a few years before and a few years after.
We definitely need figures that weren't released during the original Hasbro run:
USA Lex Luger King Mabel Jeff Jarrett Tugboat Earthquake (natural disasters) Heel Jake the Snake long tights Macho King Iraqi Sgt. Slaughter Col. Mustafa Rick Rude (long hair or short hair) Barbarian (singles run) Brutus Beefcake (Mega Maniacs) Jerry Lawler Tito Santana (white tights) Jim Neidhart (hart foundation & new generation) British Bulldog (New Generation version) a new Bret Hart (splatter print tights) a new Shawn Michaels (1995/96 era) a new Razor Ramon (1994-1996 era) a new 123 Kid (1994-1996 era) Ted DiBiase (white tux or trunks) Tatanka (rookie year)
among others...

For me, it's Golden Age to New Generation. Those are the only figures I would buy in this style.

And definitely, I think with a line like this, Iraqi sympathizer Slaughter needs the Persian boots.
