Obviously it's based on his Halloween Havoc match with Sting, but he wore the same tights in his appearance in Boy Meets World.

They could have re-used the dusty body to re-create the boy meets world episode. It was definitely not the the slender body they used for the figure. Loved the boy meets world ep. We still need brother love!

I saw Jake on one of his few WCW house shows and this was his attire, so it's a must-have for me.
