If Alundra Blayze would have stayed she would have feuded with aja Kong. Then who? Jackie? Tori? WWF magazine had a prediction section & since they planned everything long term back in the day they were usually right from what I remember. They said her next challenger would have been an American.
The dirt sheets say had she stayed they would have kept her in Japan & brought her back occasionally. Has the WWF ever done that? Kept somebody but not used them often, mostly overseas. I don't think madusa would have liked that since she never went back to Japan to wrestled.
When madusa talks about this time period she mentions the steroid trial. Was this still going on in late 1995? She also says "they got rid of the women" That's not true. They kept Sunny lol. Just a year later there would be 4 more women at the survivor series. The Funkettes, Marlena, & Sable. In hindsight they should have kept her & have her feud with sunny. Kinda like she did with Missy Hyatt. Then when they were better off financially bring in some opponents for her. Maybe we could have seen manami Toyota? That was one of her goals. Am I right or wrong here in hindsight?

Well for one, Sunny, the Funkettes, Marlena and Sable were not wrestlers in the year 1996, or even 1997.
It wasn't until 1998 when Sable and Luna went at it that the women started to shine again in the WWE as being active wrestlers.
As for Alundra, the WCW women's division wasn't much better to be honest. She just went to WCW for the money and Bischoff saw it as a chance to have WWF embarrassed with Madusa putting the WWF Women's Title in a garbage can on live TV with WCW Nitro.
