It's probably going to get swept under the rug.
As much as I have feelings for Amazon, this isn't 100% their fault.
Mattel is part to blame, because at the end of the day, Mattel told Amazon they were making another batch. And Mattel has yet to send that batch to Amazon warehouses.
All these corporations are given a date by Mattel.
And Mattel dropped the ball.

i feel bad people might have missed out but it's the worst hogan they've put out lol. the unpainted stubble faces are so ridiculous for a premium ultimate figure

Well I caved and bought one on eBay. I guess I got one for the price of two lol. I would put the blame on Mattel, not Amazon. If Mattel lied about a 2nd shipment or made less than Amazon needed, then that is on Mattel.
