My hogan and hbk were scheduled for today. This morning they changed to hbk now estimated for the 18th and hogan on the 19. No cancellation or delay email to approve…

My HBK just updated to shipped and arriving Friday. My Hogan still says we will email you with a date once known. Hoping my Hogan order eventually goes through.

I just want it. I’m not paying over the regular price for it if Amazon doesn’t fulfill my order. The stubble that’s unpainted aside, I think it’s a good Hogan figure overall and I just want one for the Ultimate MOC collection

This whole thing sucks and is a royal F up by both parties. I'm yet to receive the dreaded cancellation and mine's due for 10-12 Aug. I'm not expecting to receive it though. I can skip this one though. I was only interested in it to make into a WCW Hogan. Which will probably come eventually.  |

Just saw some dude on Facebook say he got his Hogan delivered today. Not gonna lie… I don’t believe it Mine supposedly shipped today and will be delivered on Friday. Not holding my breath, but I do have a valid tracking number. |

I decided to get one off Ebay, will keep the other order active, it says no shipping date after I had to change order details a week ago. Before it said Aug 3.

Honestly the thing that sucks the most was just seeing so many trickle out throughout the year and going back to Amazon and seeing August 3rd on both of mine. I kind of figured this would end up happening. I even checked again last night and it looked as though 1 of them would ship today and the other I'd be stuck waiting for an email about a restock. Checked today and the one that was supposed to arrive is just gone from my Amazon account altogether and the other still says they'll email me when its in stock.
It'd be nice if there ends up being a restock, but something tells me that might be it; or worse yet Mattel tries to "find an alternate avanue to get it in peoples hands" only for it to be Ringside who then will charge $60 a Hogan.
After the mess that was the entire Hollywood line, the weird availability of the Superstars (my wave 2 figures just got pushed to October), and even last year SDCC Slaughter/Hot Wheels mix up, this one bothered me the most.

I guess I have a real hard time understanding how.....
* Amazon & Mattel KNEW this was a problem 1 year ago
* Mattel has expressed concern & claimed that a second production run was being done to fulfill the orders that were ALREADY ACCEPTED....
* They had 12 MONTHS to make more & get them into the Amazon warehouse. 12 MONTHS.
And here we are, that moment of truth - and hundreds of orders - just CANCELLED. "We don't want your money". "We are unable to make enough of these to satisfy the ORDERS THAT WE TOOK."
I just.... don't...... get it.
I'd love to see a tally of how many of these pre-order "exclusives" have actually gone well (well, meaning - We set a date, we took orders ON that date, we processed the orders, and the products were delivered as-promised) - and how many have been a disaster for the loyal customers. Has anyone kept track? I imagine it's pretty embarrassing....
I just really wanted this figure....

There is one on e bay right now and the bid is $157 with 2 days to go. All the ones on Mercari that were sitting there forever for $60 to $70 are all gone

I’m in the same boat as everyone else.
Waiting for a year, updated status late last week, never got a shipping notice, cancelled outright yesterday.
Very upset.
I buy very few wrestling figures at this point, but I have a soft spot for this particular version of Hogan because I have such fond memories of the spring and early summer in which he returned. Sucks knowing that this is forever out of reach price wise and it’s absolutely ridiculous that Mattel couldn’t fill the existing orders in the space of one year.
