I’m guessing it’s Shane because he looks younger than Vince, has darker hair, etc. Overall I agree with the salesperson here, but I have to ask…is there any sort of slight possibility this is Vince? I’m guessing there’s a definite database out there, or several, that can debunk any small chance it’s Vince (or just a picture of the box it came in), but just wanted to ask. Thanks for any info!
Edit - Guess eBay links aren’t allowed. It’s a figure with not a lot of movement, presumably Shane, in a blue pinstripe suit holding a microphone. Just do a quick Google Image search for “shane mcmahon action figure blue pinstripes microphone.”

I'm assuming you mean this one? Which is indeed Shane. He had this figure released around the same time

I think the set he was a part of was featured on an episode of the Judge Jerry show where a boy's father bought him the set from a dealer at a high price at a card show, then they went to KB or some store in the mall and found the same toys for retail. I remember Judge Jerry saying "just give him his money back."

Was that the big boss man figure[/quote] He was in the set too. I remember it having Shamrock, Bossman, Shawn Michaels with suit, Kane and Rock. Normally Jakks weren't too hard to find in stores so I felt bad for the kid and his family but I remember if we couldn't find something those mall dealers were the way to go.

There was a few BCA head sculpts that could have passed for other wrestlers. Vince and Shane makes sense. Obviously there was the Owen/Jarrett sculpt. I always thought with some paint, Chainz could have passed for Terry Funk. Brian Christopher for British Bulldog. I'm sure there are more examples.

I love how the BCA Shane head is way better then the TTL Shane, the TTL Shane looks like vince I still say if you made a drinking game of "How many times is the TTL Shane listed on ebay as the TTL Vince and vice versa" You would friggin DIE.
My first ever wrestling figure was the BCA X-Punk Survivor Series Shane. I still have that thing on my shelf and he still has his shirt!
Which, funny thing, I found it absolutely bizarre that they released that one real scan Shane figure without a shirt when the guy is so obsessive about keeping his shirt on. I always found it odd that he'd be ok with that figure.
