I got mine 2 weeks ago in Scotland. My brother also ordered two sets at the same time and he hasn't heard anything.

Got shipping notification 28/02 and still not arrived.
I emailed them using the link in my confirmation email and they sent me tracking link and number.

Had my shipping notice on feb 28th but I haven’t received anything, I’ve contacted them for a tracking number last week but had no response

I got mine on Saturday, took about 3 to 4 weeks since the shipping notification email thing is, Mattel started shipping earlier than the announced date (think it's the 23rd March?) so they've been doing batches of shipments, and then people have received conflicting information in various emails/social media posts about whether their order is shipped, on hold or backorder etc due to low stock volumes (when @actionfigureattack has said they have the full volume to meet demand) and there is no clear logic to the shipping process at all
I think they've been clear all along - all orders would be shipped by the deadline (again, think it was the 23rd but not sure? it's definitely at some point in March) so even the last order should be shipped out by that deadline, and received a few weeks later depending on where the person lives
I placed my order at 17:01 UK time and have the email confirmation from 17:01 - that suggests I placed my order in under 120 seconds from launch. My shipment wasn't part of the "first" batch of shipments, yet people who posted updates like "Ordered 30 minutes in" then got their packages weeks before mine was shipped, so I don't think they've gone in chronological order based on time of orders placed. I only ordered one set, but a lot of the early pics were from people with 2 sets, so perhaps they shipped the doubles out first, then cleared the backlog of single packs? no idea.... it's a really confusing situation for fans/collectors who are excited to receive their orders, thinking "Well I must have been part of the first wave of shipments right?? Maybe the second... hmm.... third? Wait, why am I not hearing anything???" because their process is really clunky and the biggest confusion for me was - the shipment email says your order has been shipped, it suggests going to my account would give me better information such as tracking details etc, and the status just said "Fulfilled" - so there's not even clarity between their communications and their online shopping portal as to what the customer can expect or how they can find out more info. Perhaps it will get better in time? Who knows |

I received mine on Saturday... the Retros box was in perfect condition - it was sent inside it's own brown box (like the Amazon UE Jeff and Warrior), packed inside a larger brown box. I was quite impressed. Oh, no Customs charge either (which was nice!). So it worked out about £14 GBP per figure, which is very reasonable.
It sucks for those that haven't received their sets yet... hopefully you all get the shipping email soon.

Mine came yesterday, perfect condition great job on packaging them up by Mattel and I have to say I'm over the moon with them. I was a bit underwhelmed initially and only ordered them in case I regretted not getting them by the time they came out and thank God I did. I wish I’d bought two to keep a MOC set.
The cards are so much better than the last time retros were around, both in terms of design and structure, a lot more solid which is great. Love that the backs are grey and white, if im being picky I wish they were black and white like the Hasbro’s were.
The goal for me with the retros and Zombie/Chella is to fill gaps in the Hasbro collection. Im not really interested in a Hogan/Savage/Warrior, although im sure they will come, they can’t beat the original Hasbro’s for me. Chuffed to have Mean Gene, Roddy looks a little weird to me. Orton and T are cool, I’ll keep them MOC, won’t display them as they’re before Hasbro era for me. Only Gene will be on display.

Doesn’t give me much confidence for the 3x New Gen Rings I ordered.

Not UK but in Europe and mine arrived on the 23rd of March after getting a shipping notification on February 28th.
