It’s cool but I wouldn’t have anywhere to put it. I think this is a problem people don’t always think about We see this prople immediately say they want it We had that stage what, 4 or 5 years ago at a Comic-Con and people had the same reaction However realistically how many collectors have the room for something scaled like this? Not everyone had a full room dedicated to their collections

I wonder if a Nitro stage would be smaller. I’m assuming it would be. That’s pretty much my holy grail right now.

After seeing this at access I thought no way they would sell this it’s to big but maybe they were testing the reaction for it. I hope they make it imagine if they brought out new skirts and accessories for the new gen arena but attitude era and put them together that would be sick! I think this is a great idea if they make the stage, a few figures, and definitely the Attitude era skirts and accessories so we can change the new gen to that era. Steve and Bill mentioned that there might be later offerings that would potentially be able to adjust the ring to different eras so this would just make further sense if they offered the Raw is War Stage.

I really don’t care what this costs I’m in, now if it costs like $1,000 I don’t think I’m in for that much lol but anything somewhat reasonable I’m in, not sure why there is so many votes for not buying it cause we all know most people who said they wouldn’t buy it WILL in fact buy it or regret they didn’t and spend a fortune on the resale market

It’s definitely one of those pieces that if you don’t get you’ll regret for years to come. Blows my mind that some think it’s too big or would never purchase I just think if it’s available alot of those votes would sway. Also if successful, this opens up so many other projects Mattel could do like a WCW Nitro stage, Smackdown stage, exc.

I get why people might think it needs scaling down but it has to fall in line with the ring scale and obviously the figures. Yes it’s big but…it was a big set! Realism is the key, can’t have this too small and the ring looking massive or figures not in scale.
I think it’s all or nothing with something like this. Make it right, worry about space later 😅

Yeah finding room doesn’t seem to be an issue with collectors. The barge, Galactus, and Unicron were all massive pieces that got funded. If collectors want it bad enough then they’ll figure out a way to display it.

But, anytime I want something different I have it stored away! I am lucky enough to have extra storage space to put away most of my collectibles. Sometimes you just have to buy some things so you know that you own it.

I would love to know the actual dimensions of the set shown. I feel scaling down would work and you could create illusion of depth or height without building it to legit scale. Have it fit on a desk. I have a platform for my computer monitor and it seems an appropriate dimensions without being overwhelming. The figures should be the star and not an accessory to the stage.

Would really depend on the price and what it comes with.

As perfect as it is,I wouldn't buy it. I donthave a themed Raw ring to go with it and I would need a huge area to display that.

I think the old school raw stage would be far more practical but again your going to a similar timeframe to the new gen arena which would be sent two ways:
1. Would be a nice accompaniment
2. If your not a fan of that era then you’ve had two crowdfunded you e passed on
Is there an event specific stage rather than a tv show stage which would be a better option?
A Halloween havock? A particular mania?

A particular mania? SD Fist, SD Oval, and Nitro all would be popular choices as well. All would run into the same issues of finding that sweet spot of scale and price. As far as PPVs. The circle entrance structure during early AE that was used on multiple PPVs wouldn’t be a bad choice with interchangeable signage.

The only thing stopping me from buying this set would be the price. It looks like an item that Mattel would charge a lot for. I really would not be willing to go above $300 and I would expect that it could go to $400-$450.
