Does anyone know exactly what attire Macho’s hasbro number 4 is based on? I don’t remember too many pink and green attires, and I don’t remember him having his famous white jacket with yellow tassels.

I did a bit of searching, and I found this card that he has a very similar attire in but I couldn't find any pictures of him wearing it on TV. Apart from the tassels being green and yellow, it is very similar. It could have been they used this as a reference and just altered it colour wise possibly? Obviously they don't use as many colours as are in the picture, but Hasbro's were very basic with the colours they used so they may have just omitted a few to the point it's not a full accurate attire?  |

That's the one I've seen that most closely resembles the hasbro for sure. It does seem very strange to introduce the yellow tassels given his hat on the figure is green. |

I did some additional digging and found more than I expected. I definitely remembered him wearing the outfit for in WWF Royal Rumble the video game.   It was used for other promotional material as well     Eventually I came across a clip of him wearing the same outfit but it looks like the gear under it is different. Yeah, I imagine he went into a studio for general promo-shot work for various purposes and Hasbro were given these shots to go with for the new figure. The slight changes in certain colours isn't really uncommon for Hasbro or Galoob, could be creative input or budgetary constraints.
