After listening to a recent YouTube interview with Greg Gagne by the "Give me back my pro wrestling" channel, it sounds like Greg is laying out the lineups. He seemed to be considering Gorgeous George, Wahoo McDaniel, Ivan & Nikita Koloff, and the R&R Express for the 2nd wave. He also talked about a possible wave of world champions including Bockwinkel, Harley Race, and Pedro Morales...He read off a list of several names and asked the guys for their input. I think they should put Harley in the next wave, as there is strong demand for him with collectors after the Mattel figure was so hard to find. I also hope they do Kevin Von Erich sooner rather than later to go with Kerry. Koloffs and R&R are great choices, along with Wahoo. Wish they could do Strongbow as well...Would really love a Mil Mascaras; that would be a great looking figure! If that is in fact the second wave, I would be all in on that. |

If they make RNR, I hope they can get Bobby, Stan, and Dennis under deals as well! Cornette would be great, but he seems to still have a deal with FTC.  |

But I could be wrong. From Steve's interview posted a page or two back, it sounds like they tried to get Stan on board, but he hasn't signed. |

Slightly off topic but is there any particular midnight / rock n roll match or matches to watch? Obv they had a massive feud but is there 1 or 2 matches in particular worth checking out?

In terms of ease of access, Wrestle War 1990 is probably the place to go. It's the tail end of their feud and it's basically the opener to heat up the crowd, so there may be better recommendations from territory days of hotter crowds when this was a marquee storyline. But it's a classic PPV style match that is given the time to build. You can see why they were considered to be among the best tag teams going in the classic Southern style. |

I would venture to guess that they aren’t as we’re seeing plenty of Meanie who’s still being produced there. |

They were looked at as competition because at one point they sold Jakks and Mattel like Ringside. There is another story involving them that I'm not 100 percent sure of the details that involved some shady business stuff with FTC which is why we are not to talk about them. |

If rock n roll express & the koloffs are in wave 2 (plus wahoo)that would be great filling some much needed holes for nwa 85/86 era and will go nicely with Magnum

Pressure is on to decide whether to invest or not. Will FOMO get the better of me? Probably be more curiosity than anything if I get them.
Bloody hate pre-orders though. I was hoping they'd still be available to buy when physically in stock.
