May 31. Magnum TA was on the Major Fig podcast and confirmed that May 31 was the last day for preorders. Hopefully we get Ultra Series 2 shortly after that. Did they ask about future ultra sets and the older talent? Not that I remember, that just seemed to be the only important information.

So when do we think there will be Ultra Series 2 preorders?
These are the preorders we have had so far.
Ultras 1 - September 16 - October 31, and November 25 - December 6, and one last time February 20 - March 1 Remco 1 - March 8 - April 8 TNA 1 - May 5 - May 31
I am guessing we won't see preorders this week, but would love to be surprised.

So when do we think there will be Ultra Series 2 preorders? These are the preorders we have had so far, most notably is a small overlap between Remco and TNA. Ultras 1 - September 16 - October 31, and November 25 - December 6, and one last time February 20 - March 1 Remco 1 - March 8 - May 8 TNA 1 - May 5 - May 31 I am guessing we won't see preorders this week, but would love to be surprised. The Remco preorder ended April 8th, it was a month long. I'm hoping they will be sticking to original q3 time period on these. Also didnt realize wave 1 ultra had 3 preorder windows...think i only knew of 2.

There were some interesting rumors floating out there today which makes me wonder what the future of the TNA line will look like. If this ends up being a one and done set, these could end up being more valuable than originally thought…especially if one or more of the wrestlers go on to be bigger stars elsewhere. Then again, if Jordynne Grace or Moose for example go to WWE, they might end up with a ton of figures which could make these slightly less appreciated. Most figures aren’t really reliable investment items but if anything were to happen to TNA, this set of four could have more historical importance than any of us initially realized.

Grace's appearance on Tuesday is what sealed the deal for me today. Bought Two. Didn't want to deal with secondary market FOMO.

I hate to say it, but I bet they will put the TNA figures back up for another short timeframe to get them again. For the collectors that missed the first pre order. They did this twice for the first set of Ultras. Ugh. Hopefully I’m wrong.

My hope is that they put Ultras 2 up first, then go back to the TNA preorder - but then again, I don't think they put the Remcos back up did they? That was one and done (so far).

I think, based off of the WWE working relationship right now, that they will open up the window again. First Grace working against Roxy and now you have Moose teasing working with top-of-the-food-chain Drew McIntyre, hard to think they won't want to cash in some more, get that WWE bump. They'd be foolish not to.

The first preorder for Ultra 1 started September 16 and the final one ended March 1. So that was a timeframe of 5 and a half months between start and end. Have Ultra 2 for the month of July, then back to TNA 1 again in August. Steve talked in one of those podcasts about having product available more and news more often, and we have not seen that yet.

There's on old saying, gotta strike while the iron is hot. You wait too long, the working relationship is over and the demand of the figures has cooled off. But me personally, I want that JYD series 2 dang it!

I'll never understand why this line deviated from the legends of wrestling... to a brand that has as little appeal to collectors or the masses as TNA.
They don't even have a roster that people would want figures of outside of maybe Joe Hendry and the upcoming Jordan.
Outside of those two, who wants TNA figures in 2024? GCW and NJPW have more relevance at this point.

Then they got a stupid tna wrench thrown in to clog up future product right behind the majors pack.

Greg Gagne was on Busted Open today and briefly talked PowerTown. He said from development to market takes 9 months but they would like to get it to where they have merchandise every month. They can only do 3, hopefully 4, Ultra waves a year. Says they have some surprises that will shock everybody when we see what they have coming up. No mention of any announcements or the next preorders.
