I would say the "Ringmaster" head would be the closest face-wise, but you would have to add a hairpiece.

I think Steve Austin feels like the go to one because they actually kind of look alike in real life but the Ringmaster figure doesn't actually look a lot like Steve. The red Honky Tonk Man or Elite 49 Brutus could work because they look crazy faced.

Mega Maniacs Beefcake. Has the mullet and crazy eyes. Remove eyebrows and paint hair blonde and should be a good match.  |
