As far as repaints go I would love…
Hitman- an all black attire WCW Hitman as well as a SummerSlam Hitman with Mr Perfect’s torn singlet as one of the accessories.
Undertaker- grey gloves look.
Macho Man - WrestleMania III
Austin - a WCW Stunning Steve Austin with long hair, the black shorts with multicolored designs. From when he had the NWA Television Championship.

so you to the only 50 people who got the Amazon rock Take your meds... I did say restock if the produce more. Which has happened like the Ultimate Brock and Shawn on the Ringside website (plug). So The Rock can follow the pattern too. Or... Mattel will make new figures of the same wrestlers with slight variation. Like the new Ultimate Warrior. That attire was used in previous Elite figures but now in an Ultimate. Great for collectors who weren't able to grab those older elites. That Ultimate Rock can be re-released as a new figure, with a new attire color and accessories but still be similar enough to the Amazon version to satisfy your needs. it was clearly made in lower quantitys than Brock and Shawn so Mattel should use that same logic and just re-release it

I think you're underestimating how many people got the Amazon Rock... I mean, he was easily available for months - I got one, no problem and I'm in a different country, lol. Having said that though, I'm pretty sure Mattel will release another Attitude Era UE Rock eventually. True I managed to get two, I remember that rock restocking 2 or 3 different times and it was up for days at a time maybe longer. I think we need a 2002 undisputed champ rock before we get another attitude era one yep I'm calling bs, people had trouble getting it from day 1 of release the only people that were lucky enough to get him was through pre orders which cater to scalpers only

I don’t think anyone waited for reviews. People love the Rock and these Ultimates. There was also a mix up where people were getting Rocks and Charlottes mixed up in orders and pretty sure Amazon was letting people keep the wrong figure and got sent the right one. Which would contribute to less people getting what they wanted. Either way, I didn’t buy it because i didn’t want it.

It was easy to get for the ones who knew about it. I remember people sh**ing all over the look of the torso and the attire choice.

If there's something I even remotely want I put in an order if and when I get the chance. If I get something that I end up not wanting (which hasn't happened yet lol), there's always a place on the secondary market to resell it and at least recoup what I initially paid.

The only downside to ordering something before you see it is quality control in my opinion, and that's never really been an issue for me either...especially on a figure that I will never have a chance to see in person before I buy it. Alot of these exclusives are either pre order it or pay scalper prices...

Alot of these exclusives are either pre order it or pay scalper prices... for me when it's a 30 dollar figure it means I'm usually giving up a new game for the month so it's treated the same as I would treat a game and I look at reviews and make sure it's worth giving up something else

Yeah, I think that’s a strange take. If a band I like are releasing an album and it gets a bad review I still get the album to decide for myself If a film franchise or property is releasing a new instalment / film and it gets a bad review I still watch the film to decide for myself If a new bret is released I’m gonna get it irrespective of how many bad face scan / hair / glasses it gets Reviews may impact some purchases but it’s more a curiosity or of interest rather than something I (or I believe others) will wait for before making a purchase. If I need a new mattress and looking at 2 with the same specs one has 5/5 and the other 3/5 but everything else is the same I’ll go with the 5/5 but I’m not waiting for a review for a figure

Why would I care about ppls reviews, I already know what the figure looks like, a review isn't gonna persuade my decision! Plus if mattel to die a slow death like hasbro, rereleasing everything basically, then go ahead

Plus if mattel to die a slow death like hasbro, rereleasing everything basically, then go ahead like I also said getting an ultimate for me means losing a game for that month so I treat ultimates the same, plus I've seen them get better or worse in hand to where it changed my opinion entirely

First time I think I've ever heard someone say they waited for reviews before ordering a figure. Its not exactly like its a functioning appliance that people are interested in its performance. What you see in the product images is pretty much what you get.
