WOW should introduce a Mens' Championship. Now I know that sounds weird, maybe even borderline offensive considering this is Women of Wrestling... But go with me here...
1. It would be ironic and funny. Think about how for the longest time, women's wrestling was, at best, the sideshow. OR nonexistent. An afterthought. WOW could introduce a Mens' Championship and ironically and comically treat it as lower card and filler, like what the main feds did with women's wrestling.
2. It if done right, would help to get eyes on the promotion. The big problem when it comes to upstart promotions is they have no one with any star power. There is no one the audience knows, so they don't tune in. Think about how only true wrestling fans watched RoH or MLW. They had no big stars to bring in the average viewers. Throw on top of that the stereotypes and stigmas of women's wrestling, WOW is going to have a hard time getting and keeping an audience.
This is where the Mens' Championship comes in. Yes, it would be a "championship", but in reality, it would be more to create special attractions. Something to help get people interested. Something that they could advertise and draw people in with.
Put this championship on an indy talent with some recognition, then have him defend/wrestle against other indy talent with the same. WOW could even use this to make matches that people would never think or ever think they would see, ie special attractions.

The only way I could see it working is if you had someone like Frank the Clown or Smart Mark Sterling running around with it acting like it’s a bigger deal because of centuries old sexism
