I think the Steiners are good for this. You could get multiple figures out of each and people would buy them.
Raven has so dang many looks that you could pump out multiple figures a year and still be good for several years. The only problem is that not all of his iconic looks are under the WWE/ECW/WCW umbrella.
Stacy is a good one here. I think that, beyond her Miss Hancock figure, you could get at least two more figures out of her that would be hot sellers (Invasion and Dutchess of Dudleyville) and if you added on Super Stacy and her late WCW run, that's five figures from one person.
I really think you could get at least three more figures out of Molly and nobody would complain. Prude Molly and Bald Molly especially are ones I've heard mentioned but I think you could squeeze a third one out as well.
As stated, Eric Bischoff is one you could probably get several figures out of. The question is whether or not anyone would buy them beyond his nWo look which I'm guessing would be his first.

WWE would need to create a new big name, and then Mattel would pump out figures of them. That would do it. I don't think anyone exists in the back catalogue that would get people excited for more than a few weeks. Owen was the exception.

Steiner Brothers and all their various incarnations for the classic collector. More FTITL legends are needed, but this would be a great start.
Mike Tyson/Dennis Rodman/Logan Paul for the crossover appeal.
In the next few years, we may see more AEW to WWE signings following Cody's lead, which would create more FTITL or updated gear for current day collectors. MJF, Wardlow, Jericho for a HOF run, all of these and more are possibilities. And if Bron & Gable Steveson become the breakout stars they are banking on at the main roster level, there's the new car smell that can move merchandise.

I’m all in on Ultimates, so really I don’t need anything (to revitalise the line). Keep pumping the Warriors, Machos, Hitmans, Takers, HBKs and Hogans and I’m good. I hope we get the Steiner Bros and if they ever got the likes of LOD and Demoltion, I’d want them in UE, as I’ve got the elites. (although, I would love to see what Storm could do with LOD, as their Hogan figures are next level).
