What was the storyline for these 2 wrestling? Did they wrestle a lot? Outside of wrestling it seems very unfair for an older manager guy to be fighting a younger muscular guy lol. Did Jimmy Hart ever have a match in WWF?

IIRC it was an open contract deal. I remember Gorilla on PTW mentioning Warrior with Heenan running off.
As far as Jimmy goes, he actually won a battle royal in 86.He pulled a Lawler and hid under the ring for majority of the match

I always remember the Warrior/Heenan Weasel Suit match from watching the "self destruction" DVD when I was younger. No idea what the storyline leading up to it was, or why, but I won't forget the way Heenan spoke about Warrior in that interview. Not a fan.

You are correct. It's on I wanna say WWF Most Unusual Matches Coliseum Video I believe. It came down to JYD and Valentine and then Jimmy Hart won it, I think by pushing them both over the top rope together if I remember that right.

Wasn't Warrior wrestling Harley Race at the house shows during this time? This was around the time that Harley got hurt/needed surgery. I wonder if they put Heenan in their with Warrior to fill the card (WrestleFest 88), and since they were in the AWA territory, fans would get a kick out of seeing Heenan wrestle in the weasel suit again.

It was a fun match on the first Ultimate Warrior VHS tape. I remember Bobby saying he hated doing the match on the Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior dvd. Man was that dvd a rough watch!
