Does anyone know what a good formula to convert the Dexter Lumis basic to an elite would be?

Does anyone know what a good formula to convert the Dexter Lumis basic to an elite would be? Elite 73 or Entrance Greats Elias pants, but probably a Sheamus style torso. |

I used an elite Fast and Furious Jakob Toretto legs, elite Damien Sandow torso, and Dexter’s basic arms and head.   |

I used an elite Fast and Furious Jakob Toretto legs, elite Damien Sandow torso, and Dexter’s basic arms and head. this is cool! i think i'm gonna give mine a long sleeve shirt so i can keep the elite arm articulation and not have to do decals (even though i bought them) |
