Rereleases suck! (And yes, I’d love a legends Bam Bam, but Rereleases still suck and I hope this isn’t a legit line up) better than paying 40+ for each figure in this list |

Hopefully this goes a couple waves and we get some of the older Edge and HBK figs that I missed out on before I started collecting. Probably just Bam Bam from this wave.

I don’t think so, however that’s not really comparable. Steve said those figures were specifically requested from a retailer, so they did another run of the exact same thing. In the case of this line, it’s a brand new thing Mattel has come up with. Fair but doesn't "greatest hits" mean the figure? It's not "greatest wrestlers". It's basically saying, these figures are some of our best ever, so here they are again! I guess it all depends on what Mattel means by it. Sometimes when musicians release greatest hits albums, they’ll use newer versions of songs. Whether that’s re-recorded or updating the originals to a better sounds quality. I could be totally wrong and they just use the exact figure and that’s it, but I’m hoping it means “These were iconic attires we got to before our technology and engineering got way better, so we’re making them better.” I guess we’ll see. |

My assumption would be releasing them the way you’ve described it. Like how the HOC Kane was released, which was a re-release of what, E12? It was made current to the time, and I think there was a minor difference or two compared to the original release. |

I think some of these are weird choices, like Rock and Mysterio who have better figures that are old and could be reissued, but I’m very happy with Bam Bam I hope they change the arms too but I could see them keeping the single joints with pins  |

I’m up for rereleases because I’d love to have Rikishi new because I bought him loose once and the leg broke up within two hours of trying to pose it. Also I didn’t make good money through most of Mattel’s run so GIMME SECOND CHANCES

Mattel owes us a Jim Crockett early 80s and a 77 Blue and yellow trunks version on top of the 87 king version as an apology for how royally screwed the REAL HARLEY FANS got screwed from that damned set |
