Hey guys, so I’m planning on making a factions section in my figure display. I’m currently going thru different eras and making a list of guys I need. I almost have everyone I need for Evolution. I’m using the Fan Takeover Randy Orton with IC title, Decade of Domination Triple H, and have Best of RA Batista on pre order.
My question is, what would be the best Ric Flair to go with these 3? The only one that I’ve seen that could work is the Defining Moments WM 24. Maybe I could find a cloth Evolution shirt and put it on him. I’d really love a 2000 era suited Flair.
Any suggestions?

As a straight up release, WM24 DM
what I would do is get the Retrofest elite and swap the head with the basic Summerslam 2018 (2006) or Wrestlemania 32 (20) battle pack head, I think they’re the same. That will get you a Wrestlemania 20 Ric Flair
Right now I’m using the E92 for the arms and I’m gonna do the swap soon
Suited, they have basics of Flair just use that head

There’s a couple basics but no elites representing Evolution Flair. Like viper412 suggested the best is to headswap the Retrofest fig. For suit, it may be a basic but the Corey Graves with the tats removed is perfect. |

I think the closest you’ll get is the DM WM24 Flair. That head can probably pass.

 They haven't really done this era justice yet, that's for sure. I wanted to see one in all black with that beautiful black & blue robe, though I believe that's post-Evo. He wore a purple one during Evolution, too. Maybe black tights, pads and purple boots? |

I wish they made the mania 24 flair with a proper flabby old man torso. Can’t believe he had the same torso as sheamus

Horsemen boxset flair with basic SummerSlam head and retrofest boot swap
Suited flair tru exclusive coo triple h or vince body with summerslam flair head
Legends series 8 warrior with summerslam flair head would work also

giant omission in the line unfortunately, and it doesnt seem like we will be getting it any time soon
the best option would be getting that rock/flair wrestlemania basic 2 pack and putting that head on the RetroFest figure

We really could use an Evolution 4 Pack tbh honestly, an Armageddon 2003 4 pack would be incredible for me Triple H with black trunks and WHC(we haven’t got those yet, closest was DOD) Batista with black/red trunks and World Tag (repaint BoRA figure) Flair with black/red trunks, purple kneepads and black boots with World Tag (obviously 02-05 needed in the line, repaint E92 with new head) Orton with purple trunks and IC (repaint Summerslam elite) Easiest set to make and it would be incredibly cool. Need this as a Mattel Creations exclusive |

If Flair ever resigns, we need this, as well as a 1998/9 Flair and a late-70s/early-80s Flair.

You can use the Basic SS or DM retirement match heads, but the bodies used for Flair wouldn’t work for the era. So a torso swap would be needed. When I made a custom way back when I used the E2 or E3 Cody body. But I think someone with the early Elite Matt Hardy or E8(?) Regal torso’s would work well. That or stick a t-shirt on the figure.

What I ended up doing for my Flair is use the Retrofest as a base, take one of the older Flair heads and the arms from a spare E92 and swapped them. Easy fixup for a WM20 Flair to go with the Amazon FC Orton
My Evolution is color-coded between the TRU Fan Central HHH, this Flair, the UE Batista and SummerSlam 2004 Orton. Make a few custom shirts and you're golden.
