Thank the gods you switched from fed ex where I could expect things a week later than the expected date, just ordered a Tegan Nox with some leftover money and it arrived 2 days early, with fed ex it would be 1 to 2 weeks late so thank you RSC for listening to customers.

But Priority & FedEx has always been available to me.

Yeah I prefer UPS or FedEx over the USPS. If/When I just order 1 figure from RS it’s cheaper to use 1st class but if I order 2 figures or more, FedEx is cheaper for me & gets to me in 2-5 days based on air or ground shipping, where as USPS says it’ll take 2-3 days, but turns into 4, 5 or 6 days.
And Smart/Sure post from FedEx & UPS takes so much longer. Never use it, especially if you aren’t in the same shipping state. Even USPS offers a version (Parcel Select Ground) of this. Talk about snail speed. Example a company that I order from offers USPS Parcel Select Ground) or FedEx ground. The shipping center is in Utah I’m in Nevada. If I select USPS it’ll take 8 days to get to me Vs FedEx ground where I’ll get it 2-3 days.
I’ve ordered with Smart post FedEx from RS & it would take just as long Vs FedEx ground. Tops 5 days with ground from back east to the west.

I have never had an issue with fedex. for me they are the absolute worst for deliverys, always stays in the same place for days without moving and just sits there until you call them and ask them about it and it magically appears the next day, I've had a gamestop order out for 2 weeks last year because of how slow they moved it.

Shipping is relative to where you live.
Your delivery driver could absolutely suck on your route.
Here my way no issues with fedex.

That could be for many reasons. It could be the weekend and the package wasn’t ready before FedEx had already done their final picked up at the shipper’s facility. So that will sit in the shipper’s facility until Monday. Or it could be on a train or truck crossing the county and there won’t show any movement on the package until that trailer it is on enters the next hub on its destination. As for the GameStop package last year. There were major delays in shipping all across the board because of the pandemic. It was causing a major delays because of a lack of dock workers, facility workers and drivers. Even now it hasn’t been fully corrected as stores are still having issues getting necessary products like water and baby formula on the shelves.

I stopped using FedEx in January. Absolutely horrible service. USPS and UPS have been excellent.

I’ve shipped/received a ton (domestically) over the last few years and from my experience USPS > UPS > FedEx. That’s not based on local drivers, but based on how quickly it moves thru their network, how accurate their estimated delivery date is, and how many issues arise.

If this is true good riddance to fedex smart post as free shipping, it takes over a week to get my package from them when I live in New York State, which is why I went to the 10% instead

I'm close enough to RSC where it really doesn't matter if I use FedEx or USPS. 3 days is the norm from either, but sometimes I get lucky and it comes next day. But basically if I pay for shipping USPS will be the cheapest option, and if I use the freeship option it'll be FedEx.
