So what Triple Threat matches do you think should have happened in the past? Or what Triple Threat matches do you think should happen in the future? I was in the thread about the best triple threats in the classic board and it got me thinking...
I’d say Austin vs Rock vs HHH, Austin vs Rock vs Hogan, Cena vs Batista vs Orton,, Bryan vs Cena vs Punk, Bryan vs Punk vs Orton, HHH vs Batista vs Orton... all of this could have easily happened and they would have been classics.
Nowadays I’d say there’s loads of potential good triple threat matches that can happen, Reigns vs Orton vs Riddle or Reigns vs Seth vs Cody would be bangers.

Jeff Hardy vs Randy Orton vs John Cena… 2008, Jeff the most over guy on the roster and should have took the title at the rumble… could either have led to Orton taking it back at No Way Out orrrr have the triple threat at Mania. It was one that got away.

- WrestleMania 23: John Cena vs Triple H vs Shawn Michaels (If H didn't get injured, add HBK in since the original plan was a WM22 rematch)
- Mid 2009: CM Punk vs Jeff Hardy vs Edge
- WrestleMania 29: CM Punk vs John Cena vs The Rock
- Great American Bash 2007: Edge vs Kane vs Batista (The plan before Edge's injury)

A Shield triple threat should have happened again at WM and I’d say Lesnar vs Angle vs Benoit or Lesnar vs Angle vs Taker in 03 should have also happened.
