The Mount Rushmore The Brain has been waiting for, Hulk Hogan during his most famous run. vs Randy Savage - WrestleMania V - Mania IV is where I became a wrestling fan. This was the culmination of over a year's worth of storylines involving these guys. vs Ultimate Warrior - WrestleMania VI - Both guys worked hard and it'd be easy to call this Warrior's best match if not for the one he had the following year. vs Big Boss Man - SNME May '89 - The famous cage match. This was hard for me because I really love their dress rehearsal version of this match from March at MSG, but this one gets the nod for the glitz of SNME and having Jesse on commentary. vs Stan Hansen - Wrestling Summit 1990 - Great brawl that showed when motivated Hogan could produce something outside the old formula.

For me:
WM6 vs. Ultimate Warrior - this was a far better match than any would have imagined. Both played their roles to a tee.
SNME 89 vs. Big Boss Man - great cage match. I really enjoyed these two together, they meshed well. And the superplex was amazing.
The Big Event 86 vs. Mr. Wonderful - these two were great together. I had to add one of their matches, this one was good, and the crowd was so into it. It's also great seeing Mr. Wonderful put on the WWF Title.
WM5 vs. Randy Savage - I really didn't want to add this one because of the ending. But it was a good match, and Hogan didn't have a lot of options.

Great choice and this is one that is pretty rough for me to pick my four favourites.
Hulk Hogan Vs Ultimate Warrior: WrestleMania VI
This is a match that never gets old for me. It is one that on paper should have aged terrible, but it hasn't. If I watch this now, I am always having a fun time with it like I was nine years old again.
Hulk Hogan Vs Macho Man Randy Savage: WrestleMania V:
I think that this is my favourite Hogan match of all time. I started watching a little bit after WrestleMania V so I missed the incredible build up, but these two had just unbelievable chemistry together.
Hulk Hogan & Ultimate Warrior vs The Triangle of Terror: SummerSlam 91
I know that the backstage shenanigans with Warrior are all that people talk about, but I freaking loved this match as a kid. It was an absolute blast and just so much fun. Also who can forget The Brains "captain skitso" comment about Warrior during his entrance 🤣 my only complaint is that it was super werid how Warrior never came out to celebrate.... But I guess we all know why.
Hulk Hogan Vs Sid Justice: WrestleMania VII
I was torn between this and his match with Slaughter at VII. The match with Slaughter is the better "match". However, I love Hogan's entrance here, the way the music was still playing while he was fighting off Sid was awesome. Plus the return of the warrior is a moment I will never forget. I know I harp on about this a lot, but I really did want Sid to win this match, I was pissed still about what went down at the Rumble.
As well as the match with Slaughter, his cage match with Boss Man was also tough to leave off the list.

I mean, the usual suspects here as Hulk had plenty of big matches, but not many great matches during his biggest run. I’ll try and be a little different here.
Piper War To Settle The Score Orndorff Saturday Night Main Event cage match Andre Wrestlemania 3 Savage Wrestlemania 5

Vs Undertaker SS91 - an excellent era in general and there were viable alternatives to who was the main man in the WWF (I.e. Ric Flair).
SSeries 88 - an excellent match in general (and Slick was a hoot throughout the match). Never a fan of Hogan but one of the greatest sellers in the business. This was apparent throughout.
Vs Savage WM5 - excellent match from an excellent event. Both men played their part beautifully in this one.
Vs Andre - I forget the event but when Andre won the belt. The impact of Hogan being beaten on tv does it for me. And I do enjoy the plastic surgery speech after it as well.

The Big Event vs Orndorff
WM5 vs Macho. IMHO? Hogan's finest hour. My favorite Hogan match to top off Vincres creative Mt Everest.
WM3 vs Andre. Will this spectacle ever be topped?
WM6 vs Warrior. A far better match than it had any business being.
Great stuff

It’s sad that even today the workrate types can’t see that it was much more than that.

''Would like to be able to read lips right now''-Gorilla Andre doing what he did with his back destroyed is still amazing 35 yrs later. This is a match that didnt need the work rate. The build,Jesse/Gorilla and the fans at Pontiac carried the load in this one.

It was hard not to put WM on there because Piper was his best adversary, but I think Joker’s four are mine as well. It was also hard not to put the Iron Sheik at MSG on there as it’s considered by many the birth of Hulkamania.

vs andre wm3 vs savage wm5 w/savage vs andre/dibiase sslam88 w/beefcake vs savage/zues - sslam89Great choice, I really enjoyed this match as well. In fact, Summer Slam 1989 was a really good PPV overall - one of my personal favorites from that time period. You had three really good matches: Hogan/Beefcake vs Macho/Zeus, Warrior/Rude, and the Hart Foundation/Brain Busters match. Other matches on the card were good as well like Hacksaw/Demoltion vs Towers/Andre and the Rockers/Tito vs Martel/Rougeaus. I don't think there was a bad match on the card, maybe Hercules/Hammer. But I think this match was just a filler and there to continue the Hammer/Garvin angle - the match seemed secondary. And, I think many would agree we need a RSC Exclusive Mattel three pack of Macho, Zeus and Sherri from this PPV. I'm sure the Mongo Bears is on board...

Saw no holds barred at movies twice that summer (once at the drive in). check it out, John Studd was SUPPOSED to be w/demo in 6-man. bummer he wasnt. Attachment Deleted

Studd and Andre were working a feud after WM5 at the house shows. Though, I've heard some of the matches were not so good, and Studd was fired sometime before Summer Slam 89. I believe Hillbilly Jim took Studd's place in the matches with Andre at the house shows, though they probably wanted a bigger name for the PPV which is probably how Duggan got in the match. I also believe Duggan and Warrior faced Andre and Rude in tag matches at some of the house shows prior to SSL89.

I'm gonna be really generic and say 4 Wrestlemania matches, but these are 4 that I love, admittedly without being the biggest Hulk Hogan fan.
Wrestlemania 3 - vs Andre. Wrestlemania 5 - vs Macho Man. Wrestlemania 6 - vs Warrior. Wrestlemania 7 - vs Sgt Slaughter.
I'm not a big Hulk Hogan guy, but these 4 are classics. Andre is more the moment for me than the quality of the match. The Savage match is probably Hogans best match, at least for me. Warrior is my favourite of the 4 as I'm a huge Warrior fan, ditto with Slaughter.
