I guess the real question is…do you want the silver or blue helmet?   With or without knee pads?   I’m voting silver helmet with blue knee pads - how he first appeared in the getup. Also, I’m worried about Mattel capturing the right shade of blue (if this version gets made). I’d love a Justin “Hawk” Bradshaw to go with it. I mean they could give it the blue and add the silver in with it along with the blue knee pads. That’s 2 for 1 and I would buy 2 of the figures. And I believe if Justin Hawk is done, it will be with the legends line. |

crazy how the mattel line has stalled with momentum. this place also seems sorta dead. i know i dont get on as much anymore. To be fair though, we are 12 years into the line now and nearly all the big names have been released (most of them many times over...). ugh, stupid mattel not making figures that wwe won't give them approval for. how DARE they |

Sorry but Farooq in his gladiator gimmick is such a waste of an elite. It's reaching to the bottom of the barrel and in pretty sure that it's going to be a shelf warmer. The rest of the series sounds good though. I would rather they re release Brutus Beefcake with an improved face scan as there hasn't been one released in his babyface character since I have started collecting. So what would you rather have? A 400th Warrior/Macho Man? 678th John Cena? 100th Roman Reigns? Quit complaining I’d easily take a Elite 14 Cena rerelease over Farooq |

I'm all for more wrestle crap and first time gimmicks in the line. If they can't add new names, there are plenty of great gimmicks left to make.
And it would be great to see some more New Gen figures to go with the ring/entrance.

Just because I want a E14 Cena rerelease over Faarooq Asad doesn’t mean I like modern figures and don’t like legends It’s a gimmick that lasted under 4 months. He wrestled 5 times on Raw and 4 on Superstars. It’s probably the worst version of Ron Simmons. Put that against the attire from arguably John Cena’s best match, pretty easy choice what figure I’d buy |

I hope we get Doom someday Doom Ron Simmons would be a great 2 in 1 and include a masked head. That way you could buy extras and make one Doom #2/Butch Reed. They’re both about the same height, build, and have roughly the same skin tone. |

Complaining about a mass release figures is outrageous, for crying out loud you have 6 figures in the wave pick the ones you want and does you don’t just let them there. People truly need to understand that those obscured gimmicks have an audience aswell, not everything revolves around you.

That’s a YOU problem, you’re creating these expectations in your mind that they can’t deliver. I'm fine with the waves, but the roster selection feels a bit less diverse than it used to be. I think we're seeing a knock-on effect of the NXT changeover - a lot of the most anticipated figures in the Elite waves used to be line debuts from the NXT roster (Kross's first Elite was backordered! Now the guy's a nonentity in wrestling), which is where most talent went before going to Raw or SD. There's less of an influx of new wrestlers in high demand, and meanwhile the Legends line is back, so there's usually only one Legends slot per Elite wave. So the waves are pretty heavily relying on the same core of a half-dozen or so upper card guys on the roster now. And I like those guys, but this is a line dealing with repeated, massive talent cuts and the total revamp of a popular roster niche. It's going to show in the selection.
