Man, I am a huge Eddie Guerrero fan and this is one of the toughest one of these I have had to do so far! I think I could do this again next week and my choices could change! Eddie Guerrero & Art Barr Vs Octagon & El Hijo Santo: AAA When Worlds Collide: Apart from what I heard in WCW I knew nothing about AAA wrestling and then when I watched the first Eddie Guerrero DVD (Cheating Death, Stealing Life: The Eddie Guerrero Story), I became very interested in his run there and his tag team with Love Machine Art Barr. Actually, Art Barr is probably the one wrestler that I got into after he passed more than any other. Anyway, this is such a fun match and I can only imagine how amazing this had to have been for the fans that were fully invested in this storyline. If you have not seen this one, I highly recommend that you go and check it out, actually, this whole DVD is fantastic and well worth having in your collection. Eddie Guerrero vs Rey Mysterio Jr: Halloween Havoc 1997: These two were awesome together and I think that this is the best match the pair had. It is just so fast-paced and hard-hitting at the same time and an absolute blast to watch. Eddie working as a heel was always a great time! I actually watched this match just a short while ago and it still holds up. I also enjoyed their match at WrestleMania XXI and SummerSlam where they should have had Dominik hanging above the ring instead of the custody papers! Eddie Guerrero vs Dean Malenko: ECW Hardcore TV August 1995: Back in the 90s my dad knew this guy who was also a wrestling fan and he was big into the tape trading scene. The first tape I ever got to borrow off him was ECW Double Tables from 1995 and I was hooked on ECW! I would read about it in Power Slam Magazine here in the UK and borrow any tapes that my dad's friend would have. One of which had this absolute classic on it. Malenko and Eddie always had great matches together and the one they had in WCW a couple of years later came close to making this list, but this one here is just too nostalgic for me to leave off. Eddie Guerrero vs Rob Van Dam: Backlash 2002: From 2002 to 2005, Eddie was a god damn wrestling machine. He had great match after great match and no matter if it was on a PPV or on weekly TV, he was entertaining as well. I went for this match because it is not one that I hear many people talk about. I was really into both guys at the time this match happened, especially RVD and it was the match I was looking forward to the most on this show. It is a lot of fun and I think that it steals the show, a bit of a hidden gem if you ask me. This was so hard to narrow down. I think that my first three would be a lock, but that fourth one could probably change depending on the day of the week that I wrote this. I also realized that I have four matches from four different promotions which was not even something I intended to do, but as I usually forget about WCW when I do these things I am glad I did not this time around

Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio at Halloween Havoc 97 - such a great match, both men were in sync that night with what they were doing!
Eddie Guerrero vs. John Cena street fight in the middle of the cars in 2003 - a unique, brutal match that was so different at the time.
Eddie Guerrero vs. Brock Lesnar at No Way Out 2004 for the WWE Title - Eddie wins the big one, enough said!
Eddie Guerrero vs. Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania XX - Eddie defeating Kurt at a Wrestlemania event to retain the WWE Title showed he was for real.
