I got an email from ringside asking me to confirm that I got my package which is weird because the only order I have coming from them is Cameron grimes has anyone else who ordered him got this email?

What’s the email address that it was sent from? Could be a scam, they never do that

Sounds fishy. Please do not answer the email. Reach out to cs@ringsidecollectibles.net with your order number and letting them know you received this.

Actually from Ringside, or the shopperapproved email? Once in a while the shopperapproved emails get sent out before actually getting the order.

I get these semi regularly too, it’s too much hassle with all my orders to look up the number and confirm so I ignore them.

I got that same email the other day. Only thing is that order hasn't shipped yet, first time that happened. Lol. It's for my Unmatched 4 Punk and Hangman. Normally get them after I receive an order. Just a harmless survey to rate RSC.

Guys,
That is a survey service that Ringside uses. It is legit and ok to answer if you would like to. However, there seems to be an issue right now with the system Ringside is using and the survey emails are going our prematurely. I am told the developers are working to fix this. Sorry for any inconvenience on Ringside's behalf. The Grimes Exclusive Preorder is still estimated mid Sept though. Thanks! JS
PS: Also the AEW Unmatched 4 Preorders did come in stock today and they were worked on and many have shipped. Only so many can get done in a given day and there are a TON of those preorders to fill. Unfortunately there is the weekend and Monday Holiday that the warehouse will be closed. Please try and be patient. Thanks! JS

Please try and be patient. Thanks! JS i work in a book distribution factory and did overtime almost every day this week so I know how long it can take to get major order amounts out |
