Honestly more excited to meet Taker and see his first show. Cody being hurt has kinda killed a little bit of my SS buzz but I’m sure we’ll have a great time anyway.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but why are ppvs now on Saturday? They think they can get more people to travel to the big shows if they have them on Saturdays. I like having them on Saturdays. Survivor Series is coming to Boston this year and I'm glad it's on a Saturday. I'd rather drive home late Saturday night and have nothing to do on Sunday, than drive home late Sunday night and have to go to work on Monday. |

I'll take any Saturday shows as I work on Sunday nights, so any time off I can save is welcomed. If only AEW would go back to Saturday PPVs.
So far, SummerSlam is shaping up very meh for me. Assuming Riddle/Rollins and Bianca/Becky take place, those may be the matches I'm most looking forward to. WALTER/Nakamura would be interesting if they actually let the IC Champion have a PPV match. As someone said earlier, no Cody has been a buzzkill. RAW is still better than it was pre-draft/pre-Cody return, but with Cody back it really gave things an extra boost for me. Oh, guessing they finally do Drew/Sheamus here as well, so that would be pretty good too since they work so well together.

Reigns vs Lesnar Rousey vs Morgan Belair vs Lynch (or another match for the raw title) Logan Paul vs Miz (be it singles or tag) Lashley vs Theory Usos vs Profits Riddle vs Rollins Edge vs Balor McAfee vs Corbin There’s a lot already looking like it’ll be on the show. Unless it’s gonna be the length of a one-night WrestleMania, there’s probably more room for Drew, Sheamus, Gunther and Nakamura on SummerSlam SmackDown the night before. Although I’m cool with SummerSlam having a ton of short matches too. |

Yea they have set up Drew and Sheamus by saying they both have legitimate claims to a title shot, so I assume they do the match at Summerslam with the winner going to clash at the castle. |

Riddle/Rollins is somewhat of a dream match for me. They've went from hating each other to seemingly having tremendous respect for each other so hopefully they can put on a 25 minute classic.

I prefer shows being on a Saturday, but it just feels completely wrong SummerSlam not taking place in August.
Also I am way more excited for the new blu ray release of SummerSlam 92 than I am this show lol

Wish we were getting Sami vs GUNTHER over possibly Nakamura. Could play it off as him wanting to get all the belts for the Bloodline.
Should be a solid show. I actually asked Logan vs Miz at Summerslam in the Wrestlemania thread so I’m hyped for that. Becky and Bianca will deliver I’m sure. Think Ronda squashes Liv. Roman and Brock will probably kill each other for ten minutes which I’m cool with. Don’t like Riddle but I’m sure he and Seth will give us a banger. Hope Lashley destroys Theory. Think Jarrett costs Street Profits for some reason. Pat vs Corbin should be a blast.
Add Drew vs Sheamus and Edge/Mysterio vs Finn/Priest and I think we are set.

Shaping up to be a fun show.
Last year we got surprise returns from Becky and Brock so I’m hopeful we see a shocker this year. Maybe Wyatt or something
