Is there any time table for Orton's return? I can see him being one of Roman's future opponents before he finally drops the title/titles since that seem like the plan all along before his injury but after Drew until Cody(I presume) is gonna be a lot of time to fill without Brock in the mix. PLEASE NO MORE GOLDBERG.

I came in here to comment a few times during the actual show but during the main event I strictly wanted to watch. Awesome show for the most part..
Opener was great. A match like that between those two just goes to show why I think WWE's women division for the past few years has been the best in the industry. Bianca and Becky are on a whole different level than just about everyone and are part of the reason why pretty much every other women's division falls behind. No one in IMPACT or AEW are even close to them, their starpower, or anything. They're incredible. Bayley's return and alliance with Kai and Sky (Shirai) is also really cool and I'm looking forward to what they bring in the future. It's been said but I think out of everything, that had a Triple H feel.
I said it during the show but the feud between Logan Paul and the Miz won me over completely. The balls thing is corny but they owned it and The Miz coming out with Maryse and Ciampa really sold the Miz/Ciampa pairing for me. Props to Miz for continuing to be an awesome part of WWE television and a big star in his own right but tonight was Logan Paul's night. I've not been a big fan of him or his brother in the past but seeing them mature has been great. On top of that to have Logan Paul be such a great wrestler only two matches into his career is insane. I don't think I'm saying anything controversial when I say he's outshone many other high profile "rookie" contemporaries like Dominik Mysterio or Jade Cargill. Awesome stuff from both sides and I can't wait to see what's in store for Logan Paul's future.
Lashley and Theory wasn't a standout match by any means but it was fine. Lashley dominates Theory keeping him relevant as a top competitor in the company while his opponent manages to be a thorn in the side of everyone else.
Mysterios vs. Judgment Day was also fine and mostly a vessel for Edge's return which was ing awesome. I really like him embracing the vampire Brood aesthetic especially with a brief run as a "dark" character it makes it make a lot more sense for him. So cool.
Pat McAfee once again shows that he's legit against Corbin. Decent undercard match up which keeps Corbin with a high profile even in a loss and makes McAfee even more of a badass to me.
Usos vs. Street Profits was the only match I had genuine complaints for. These guys have great matches all the time and I appreciate the Jarrett involvement but it felt weird and I don't like the way they're going with the Profits if they're going to break up... I feel like they've been their best as a team after their two title reigns and it would be lame to not recognize that with a title reign. Really feel like they should've won in that match.
Morgan vs. Rousey was interesting. I felt like Rousey couldn't lose legitimately in the match and it'd be weird to have Morgan beat her completely clean so I appreciate that there was a compromise with the screwy finish. It also helps that Rousey turned because right now it feels like she hasn't stepped into that next level since her return earlier in the year. I hope this heel turn can help her.
I looked forward to the Wrestlemania main event between Brock and Reigns and was disappointed that it was far from great but when they announced the last man standing match I was hype again.. And it more than delivered for me. Both Reigns and Lesnar shine in matches like these and it showed. What a great match with some amazing moments all throughout. It had the vibe of a classic and I think it will be remembered as such. Very big attitude era main event vibes, it was so good. I'm really intrigued with the world title picture for the future because I don't know how you go about the Drew match at Clash at the Castle because it really feels like Drew should win there but I don't think it's appropriate. I've heard around that they should split the titles again but I feel like that should be held off for until Reigns loses it presumably at Wrestlemania in Hollywood to Cody Rhodes. The split would just seem really stupid and Cody since leaving AEW is a ing star and they can cement his stardom with a big undisputed title win at Mania after the Rumble win if that's the way they go about it. In regards to Brock, I'll be very sad if last night was his swan song because I'm a big fan of him and he's definitely reached a level of wrestler that only a few men are on but damn if that is his last match what a way to go out because damn it was a genuine classic.
Overall like I said it was a great show with some genuinely awesome moments throughout. I'm seeing a lot of stuff about how this show was great because of Triple H or that it had Triple H written all over it which I'm sure he was very involved but I feel like the show as a whole was very WWE, especially with many recent shows. I think WWE right now is actually very good and it has been for me for a while, I'd say since fans came back permanently. This show was great but even shows where Vince and co. were still in charge, like Wrestlemania, were really good. Regardless, I'm hopeful for the future as WWE hopefully continues its hot streak. I've had a lot of fun watching wrestling lately and I hope it continues.

First full WWE show I've watched in about a year and a half likely. Watched the literal rumble matches, half of wrestlemania, and the women's MITB match (which sadly, was one of the worst matches I've ever seen).
But, with Vince gone, and HHH taking over, it's time to start giving things a shot again. It'll take time for a lot of changes, but you can see a few things already. Michael Cole sounds like a different person without VKM in his ear the whole damn time. He went from being someone I legitimately cringed listening to, to downright entertaining.
Becky/Bianca was decent. First 5 weren't great, but the pacing of the match was fantastic, and the overall arc was awesome. Really enjoyed this one. Popped for Kai coming out. A little bittersweet seeing Io, because there are so many matches in Stardom I want to see 2022 Io in compared to when she left that company, but hey, if she's happy I'm happy for her. Bianca is such a fantastic talent, and a testament to why you need pure athletes as well as wrestling die-hards. She's a total PC product, and could hold her own in Stardom any day of the week.
I hate Logan Paul as a human being. But I'd be blind as hell if I didn't acknowledge that he's a complete natural at this. Holy hell was that impressive. Again, athletes are athletes and as much as I can't stand the human, the athlete and the wrestler are both fantastic. Scary good for a 2nd ever match. (Right? I dunno if he had any on Raw/SD since he signed or not)
Things dragged for a bit after this. Not in a horrid way, just some matches I really didn't have any stock in. I dig the vibe of Judgement Day and a brood Edge stable against them could be super cool really. Just keep the hair short so he doesn't look all Doc Brown again. Kushida left that ship has sailed.
Liv/Rousey was freaking horrid. Rousey is so, so, so bad at this.
Main event was really fun, as tired as I am of it just being the Brock/Roman show. Was cool to see Brock really get to be farmer Brock. He's so far off the grid when he's not on t.v. I live in the same province he does, one of my best friends owns a hunting operation and has hunting connections in every spot in the province, and he still couldn't tell me where Brock is. Dude is living the life. Our province is one of the best places in the world to live for hunters (& farmers). So much fun to get to see him drive the tractor.
Overall I'm really intrigued to see how things change with HHH in charge.

If he just goes full heel, the guy could do some great things in the couple years he's signed for. Still don't like him but gotta respect what hes accomplished in the little bit of time he's been in a ring.

I’d be happy not seeing the tractor again. Was an impressive sight and match but damn I was worried someone gonna get hurt on that thing.
Fun show.
