B. I realize that Mattel probably wouldn't be overly concerned about what the Big Box stores do with the product after they've purchased it.... but I'm surprised that Mattel doesn't have concern over all these "exclusive lines" that they create for these Big Box stores that then seem to vanish? Where are the Superstars Series? What happened to all the Masters of the Universe figures? Hollywood Elites? Heck, even the regular Elite lines are often difficult to find these days... I mean, if Walmart isn't going to distribute these "exclusives" why keep creating them for Walmart, and enraging collectors/supporters/fans? It seems to me that these empty Walmart shelves and multiple distribution issues would be part of the conversation of any business partnership between Mattel/Walmart/Target, etc... that’s pretty much what i was trying to say, but put into better words. it makes no sense to ask for these exclusives and then just not bother distributing them in a logical way. kinda seems like mattel should say “hey listen, if you’re not going to sell what we’re making for you…why are you even asking for them?” Well, that and.... Mattel promotes these products as "Only Available At Walmart!" or "Only At Target!" to the public...... then people are finding them at discount stores while Walmart Shelves are empty and/or pre-orders get cancelled or endlessly delayed.... It's a bad look for all involved, and they don't seem too particularly concerned by it. |

I've noticed that both of the new Ultimate Machos have black hair, but brown beards. I hope they make the beard darker on future later-era Macho Ultimates (hoping for Wolfpac and Team Madness ones).

Anybody have an issue getting the belt on this Macho Man? It just seems way too small to get on. It's definitely a tight fit. I put a cup of water in the microwave for 60 seconds, let the belt sit in the water for a minute, and was able to stretch it into place. But it's a great figure overall. I may grab a second when they hit stores. |

My Macho arrived from target.com yesterday and I have to agree in saying this is one awesome figure. Will probably end up opening it up after I grab another one in stores since the box is a little dinged up but was planning on grabbing two anyway so no big deal.
