Not sure what that means "yet" or they passed on the line. EE has them for preorder by the case of 6 (2 of each). |

Looks like they corrected DiBiase's height in the tux. Or are the other figures just really short? Do they have pics of the chase DiBiase (green suit)? EDIT: Found the Green Suit figure:  |

EDIT: Found the Green Suit figure: gotta keep in mind that the figures aren't all actually lined up next to each other, just separate pictures put together. so while its possible they fixed the height, they might have also just made it look right for the picture |

MNWs: I like that they put out that stage WCW Rey.
They wore a lot of black in the era. It was a reaction to all the bright colors of the late 80s/early 90s. Sting is the perfect embodiment.
Basics/Main Event: It seems the internal name was Basics, which fans picked up on. They were never branded or marketed as Basics, afaik, which makes sense.
New Top Picks Elite: Gunther was needed. People will buy Rey. My Walmart is already so choked with that same Roman they put a couple dozen on the net aisle. Elite
93s still keeping them from restocking main line too.
Re: All the different Lines: I'm fine with it now, but it literally took me a year of collecting and researching to figure all the different lines and sublines out.

I'm so mad about the Rey figure. This is the second time in just a few months they backed out on something promised via renders/photos, but at least with the MNW Rey they didn't wait until after the preorders shipped to reveal they'd changed the figure (like they did the Sami) so, uh, yay?
The name change did confuse me though, not because they changed the name but because they were never marketed as Basics in the first place that was just the unofficial term or something. They were always advertised ad "WWE Series" so it feels weird that the reason they are changing it is "they aren't basic anymore". Well, Mattel, good on you to finally acknowledge the old figures were basic, I guess. Weird though that you are naming them the "Main Event" line which is the name of the WWE D-show. Is that show even still on TV? Has it ever been or is it a streaming show? I guess it works though, they're still the bottom tier figures. The name fits.

Love this line so far, but hate that it's going to make me a MOC collector. Ok so wave 1 had shiny belts, wave 2 does not. Any idea why? Did they just make the first wave shiny because it's the first wave and now we are back to basic belts for the series? If so that sucks. |

The only VAC belt in wave 1 is the Rock's. The other two are same "basic" belts we have been getting in the Showdown packs. |
