I like the idea of re-release waves. It gives new collectors a chance to get versions that have already been made and longtime collectors the chance to get an upgraded version if they want. What I don't like so much is how many re-releases lines we have now: RSC Vault/Greatest Hits/Legends Greatest Hits/UE Greatest Hits
It's just a lot for the wallet along with all the mainline Elites/UEs/Store Exclusives/etc.
That being said I like most of this wave:
DX are good figures, but those heads SUCK lmao, still gonna grab those regardless though because they're longtime wants of mine. I can find another head to swap onto these Elites
Cena is cool, but no TrueFX or sculpted wristbands is a step back and dampens this, but again I will grab regardless as it has been a longtime want of mine
Warrior is fine, I'm just don't really want it as I'm not really a fan
Dudley Boys look great, but I already have the initial release of them, so another pass for me
Undertaker is perfect, no critiques here lol
Hardcore Kane has been a top 3 want of mine for years, so I am definetly picking this up. But I will say the mask looks odd here. I think the red is too bright? Idk it just looks weird to me. My only other thought on this should have been a UE, and someone else should have been ported into Kane's spot

Was initially excited to see the reveals. I would have definitely got HHH and Shawn Michaels, then I looked at the terrible face scans. Baffled at why they went with these faces scans. Just very disappointing face scans and unnecessary used since they already have much better face scans to use for both of them. HHH needed darker tan also. It's a shame because they look great displayed in the box as does John Cena.
John Cena shirt looks too loose and baggy. I wanted a figure of him in black shorts though so I might get it.
Ultimate Warrior attire he wore on the Summerslam 1991 poster and so would look great if they release Hulk Hogan in his Hulkster Rules bandana to pair together
Dudley's I don't need from that later career run.
Kane looks great.
The packaging looks great. I need to slow down a bit and there are other figures that I still want so I probably won't get this series.
I like the potential to see other possible re releases in this line.

I have a big Google Docs file of figures on my list that I still need/want and I had a random thought as I saw the Summerslam Wave Undertaker for this year
I assume the idea was to give Undertaker his mocking laughing head scan this year and next year we would get Brock with a similar scan, but not that Brock seems to be off the table that won't happen

Love the concept of vault waves. Not sure if any of these are particularly ones I need, BUT the possibilities open for future waves have me very excited.

I was literally going to buy that Kane on ebay for £70+ yesterday. thank god i waited to make a decision lol. this kane re-release is an insta buy for me. not a big fan of the headscans on hbk et al as others have said. hopefully this is resolved if there are future waves.
looking forward to future re-releases!

Just got this email from Ringside. Got the same thing and am really kind of I$$ed about it, to be honest. I always do a Wrestlemania display for my Wrestlemania gathering at my house,and this, along with a Nitro Stage was going to be the centerpiece. Before anyone asks, I got a 3d printed stage and it looks pretty great, but the ring along with the display was going to be the big display piece. Now, if Early-April means it can be at my house on or before Friday April 4, then cool, not an issue. But, that is a long shot. |

While I don’t have any interest in those figures it’s still a cool thing to do. Great for folks that weren’t collecting in the earlier days of the line.
