I could not disagree more with the approach Steve, I understand your viewpoint but simply don’t agree. I think the practice is extremely insensitive to the paying customer. Influencers should be following the same process as the rest of us and reviewing accordingly. From processing orders via online, to receiving the item and how long it took, reviewing the actual item, and how they found the process overall, what warrants Major Pod as an example to get 3 samples? As a PAYING customer I am simply asking Mattel to be more considerate of this and how this has left me feeling considering I work hard for my income and choose to buy your products and I mean that with all respect and sincerity Steve. I don't usually weigh in at all on back and forth debates but your view is ridiculous. Influencers are a 2022 marketing channel. Influencers review a product, we see/hear reviews which can sometimes be the final push to make the consumer purchase the product themselves. I can't believe you posted such an asinine viewpoint then tried doubling down. Are you secretly Kyrie Irving? |

Plus the NHB set had the full hype of SDCC and the first time in the line Zeus figure behind it. I  ing love Terry Funk but don’t think as many people are climbing over each other to get it. |

It’s night and day on the quality of the 3 80s Hogans and the 2 90s Hogans. I absolutely dislike the Amazon and NWO Hulks, but the NHB and Wrestlemania 1 and this Hogan are very well done.

It’s night and day on the quality of the 3 80s Hogans and the 2 90s Hogans. I absolutely dislike the Amazon and NWO Hulks, but the NHB and Wrestlemania 1 and this Hogan are very well done. I kinda/sorta agree. When I first saw pics of the Amazon Hogan back in the summer of 2021, I liked certain images a lot, but I wasn’t blown away by everything. When I saw pics of the WrestleMania 1 Hulkster, I thought that it was the greatest Hogan figure I had ever seen. And after having it for several months, I still feel that way. When I got my order for the Amazon figure, I was pleasantly surprised. It was nicer in-hand than I expected. I like the little touches such as the wristbands, the bandana, the brighter red knee pads, the weightlifting belt, and the black eye portrait. I’ve got mine posed (with the shouting/black eye head) so that he’s standing holding the belt in one hand while pointing at it with the other hand. It looks pretty sweet. But I still prefer the Ultimate 13 by a fair bit. |
