Definitely cool. I’ll have to give it some thought if I would buy them or not. I like the concept. Macho or Warrior and I would be all over them.

Any guesses on a price point for these? Same as normal UE? probably 70 like the NHB 2 pack this was my assumption as well, they’re basically the same packaging as Sarge (minus the box, unless it’s yet to be revealed) and he was $35, granted he was an SDCC exclusive but I’m assuming $70 is right |

I'll take a white trunks Orndorff, Savage in purple or green trunks from 1985, a red trunks Andre, another Wendi Richter but in Pink, really anything from the LJN era.
Though my most wanted piece would probably be a 2 pack of Randy and Liz, I prefer Liz's LJN look with the skirt and long gloves.

I'm a Warrior fan, but my first thought was Ultimate Warrior. I feel like he's a pretty safe bet based on Mattel/WWE pumping out the Warrior figs (like Macho Man and Hogan). It'd be a unique look for him that wasn't match or event-specific like his other figures are or have been.

im trying to figure out how they saw the LJN Funk in green chaps and said "ok cool lets make Terry Funk in this set and give him yellow chaps!" Yeah it’s weird. I want the green chaps! Such an awesome ljn figure! |

I wish they would’ve been sold separate. Funk is alright but Hogan is more desirable to me. I could sell Funk but the box is too big just to have one figure in it and I don’t open flashbacks.

Love the concept of these. Especially that Hogan!! I HATE this line… It makes me miss my youth in the ‘80s! Seriously, I think it’s a blast. Fantastic packaging. It’s kinda like what McFarlane is doing with the Super Powers like, and Hasbro with the Retro Spider-Man line. Hahahaha I know. I still remember getting Hogan and Studd as my first figures ever. |

All the guys mentioned would be amazing, but unfortunately a lot of these guys aren’t signed . I hope that WWE sees all the potential money they are leaving on the table with the guys not signed with all these other toy lines out there making $$$
On another note, this line paves the way for all the secondary characters/wrestlers to get ultimates. Releasing guys along with Hogan, Warrior, Savage, HBK, Bret etc… will help guys like Terry Funk sell. Really smart move and it really opens up a lot of doors for the future of this line

Not a true tribute to LJN unless they release a Hart Foundation pack but you can only get Anvil.
