The more I look at that Rey the more upset I become. The figure in its own looks great but if you see a reference image of that attire, that figure is so inaccurate. I’m really disappointed in it and overall I’ve just become more frustrated with this set. Elite 100 was “something special” but we have a Rey with the wrong mask deco, no knee brace, wrong positioning on the question marks on the tights, no wrist tape but random wrist gauntlets that he did not wear with this gear. Not to mention that the boots are just the same kick pad mold on the previous flashback Rey with laces painted on, rather than actual laces boots that he wore here. The colors are tricky because they’re neon so I’m going to be fair and say that I can forgive the pretty wonky colors that this figure has. The real attire is quite bright in real life but the figure made it more of a primary yellow/primary red attire. Adds to the inaccuracy but it’s the lowest gripe I have. And look at those giant hands!! The belt is cool. I hate to piss further on your parade (I'm a massive Rey guy so this figure is a disappointment for me too) but they also went for black around the eyes on the mask rather thank white... So poor. |

The Austin is so disappointing every time I see it. Even the belt.
The Andre looks better than I hoped. I wasn’t gonna buy it but I guess I will.
Id like the wcw cruiserweight title but I’ll wait.

I’m actually very underwhelmed by E 100 all around from the choices to the packaging. I feel like this could have easily been a champions sub set because that’s what this is basically based on.

These are made for kids first and foremost correct? Pretty sure no kid in current existence knows who stunning Steve is, my 8 year old doesn't know who he is, and I gave him the other elite stunning Steve cause I bought 2 for the tag titles 😂😂😂....should've been stone cold, since, he still has yet to be included in the mainline elite set 😂

Overall let down of a wave. Elite 100 should have been a home run with every figure, and instead we get a mish-mash of stuff I doubt many fans, even kids, were asking for.
- Cena: Cool the belt spins, but the figure is basically like every other Cena we’ve received from Mattel since 2010.
- Rock: 1998 head, 1999 shirt, and an attire from 2002. Another one of Bill’s randomly thrown together figures (similar to the UE Hollywood Hogan). Like Cena, the belt is the only thing here that’s interesting to me.
- Stunning Steve: Doubt many collectors, or any kids for that matter were clamoring for this look. Again, the belt is what’s interesting but not enough for me to jump on this figure unless discounted.
Rey: The entire figure is inaccurate to what he actually wore.
Becky: Why? I get they wanted to throw a female in the wave, but this Becky isn’t anything we haven’t seen before.
Andre: Only figure I’m interested in grabbing. I’m a sucker for figures in casual/street gear so both versions pulled me in.

Like others have said before, all decent to good figures, but a little underwhelming for Elite 100, but I also don't really know what was expected for this wave Even being underwhelmed. I have no idea what I would even realistically change to make it “better”. Haha For me: I don't think Becky should be in there... and I wouldn't have included Rey either (not that he isn't a legend - his figures just never seem to have that "excitement" factor though). So I'd probably replace those two with a new Hogan, Bret, Shawn, or Undertaker. Secondly, although "Stunning Steve" would have been very cool in another set/sub-line, he absolutely does not belong in Series 100 - it should have been the iconic Stone Cold Steve Austin... denim shorts, smoking skull belt and cloth shirt. And lastly, Cena really should have come with a cloth shirt... it always seems a bit "cheap" whenever there's an Elite Cena without a shirt - so not having one for Series 100 is doubly disappointing. |

I don’t get why rock came with a soft goods jersey and cena who always wears a shirt to the ring didn’t get a shirt .. doesn’t make sense That's why it's a disappointing set. No Jersey for cena, no people's eyebrows head sculpt on The Rock. In my honest opinion Becky does not deserve to be in a milestone series. Andre is the only one that stands out the most from this set. |

I think hart foundation Bret should be in this set with cloth Jacket instead of Becky, Andre is awesome and I will give credit when it's due. No Jersey for Cena really hurts and no new shoe mold for cena is another grip. I really don't want to comment on stunning steve. I want Steve Austin with full sleeves look when he was in alliance. Instead of Rey Give me a skinny jeans Batista with white jacket and bald head just like AEW Kenny omega.

I think most people are overlooking/underestimating the amount of effort it took to get 6 new belts in the line. Most years, we are lucky to get 1 or 2 new belts and we are getting 6 in one series. Steve has mentioned before that they have to be picky when it comes to new belts for tooling and budgeting. I think that was where they wanted the excitement level focus to be on.
Cena - I buy Cena figures, but I never really get excited when Cena figures are announced (except for the Mario Cena that is coming out for the top picks). Cool that we are getting the long requested belt that spins, but I always hated that belt and didn't really watch much during the RA/PG era.
Rock - I'll always buy Rock figures - love the belt and hope it opens the door for more belts to be released that WWE sells, but were never shown on tv. The shirt is cool and the sculpt is really good, but much like Cena, the excitement factor is missing for me. Mash ups and attires/looks that are not 100% accurate don't normally bother me as much as it does for some people here, which is surprising since I have OCD.
Stunning Steve - this might not be a popular opinion, but I am most excited about this figure (and Andre). This era of WCW and Dangerous Alliance was my favorite era under WCW. Yes, even over the NWO period, which I thought got old really fast. The fact that we are getting a robe along with a new WCW belt is cool.
Rey - I like Rey, but I've never been a HUGE fan. I just feel like it has been figure overload for him. He's in every 3rd main elite series, multiple PPV series, top picks, top talent, greatest hits, and he has even found his way into the Legends line, when he doesn't need that spot to get a figure out. It's great that we are finally getting the belt, but I'm sure there is someone else under contract that they could have went with.
Becky - happy that we are finally getting a belt that hopefully is more in scale. This should have happened from day one and it's crazy that they used the huge men's belt for as long as they did. I feel like the scan is off - Mattel seems to struggle with her likeness in figure form. I think the pouty serious face (The Man elite/Survivor Series elite) is really one of the few that looks like her. As much as I would love someone like Sable in this spot, it doesn't surprise me that they went with Becky.
Andre - awesome figure.
Overall, I'm most excited for Andre and Steve. All of these figures are big sellers so from a business standpoint, it doesn't surprise me that picked the people that they did. For collector's, we get six new belts that wouldn't be possible if they went with people like Bret, Shawn, Undertaker, Hogan (sounds like they dont have rights for all of the belts he held), Macho, etc.. And 3 of the figures were in Basic 100 so Mattel foreshadowed what we could expect.

No wrist tape (unless it’s under the gauntlets he didn’t wear)
The deco around the eyes is black instead of white for some reason
Half the figure is green and half the figure is yellow
This might be one of the worst figures they’ve ever done
Sometimes I think Mattel make mistakes like this so Jazwares doesn’t feel so bad about messing up so many things all the time
