Just getting Rock and Cena for the titles and giving the figs to my son, I'll keep Andre.
Call me all the names you want, but becky doesn't belong in this set, new belt or not. Everyone in this set has been wrestling 20+ years EXCEPT Becky. Fight me.

Like others have said before, all decent to good figures, but a little underwhelming for Elite 100, but I also don't really know what was expected for this wave

I feel Stunning Steve was a great choice, but at least from the photos I don’t see the resemblance to him. I’m hoping it’s a much better likeness in hand. But if it’s not I will be popping the short haired Hollywood Blond Austin head on it.

For those who haven't seen it yet - it's on a few UK sites - www.toy-news.co.uk/mattelwweeliteIt's a shame they didn't do something more special. Elite packaging has got worse and worse over the years. I think the best people at Mattel must be working on the more special stuff like Ultimates and SDCC exclusives. I wish they did a smaller version of Elite 1. Seems like a missed opportunity to me.  |

I was expecting the packaging to be a little more celebratory. The Elite 100 call out in the corner is barely noticeable in these pictures, although I think that might have a foil finish that will look better in person. Maybe the whole box will look better in person.

I don’t really get what people wanted out of this set to be honest. Just judged as an Elite set, it’s solid IMO. All big names, all with belts that have never been released before. It if were like Stone Cold, Rock, Cena, Hogan, Bret, Warrior or W/E people would be bitching that it was the same people that were in most sets and didn’t feels special then either.

The more I look at that Rey the more upset I become. The figure in its own looks great but if you see a reference image of that attire, that figure is so inaccurate. I’m really disappointed in it and overall I’ve just become more frustrated with this set.
Elite 100 was “something special” but we have a Rey with the wrong mask deco, no knee brace, wrong positioning on the question marks on the tights, no wrist tape but random wrist gauntlets that he did not wear with this gear. Not to mention that the boots are just the same kick pad mold on the previous flashback Rey with laces painted on, rather than actual laces boots that he wore here.
The colors are tricky because they’re neon so I’m going to be fair and say that I can forgive the pretty wonky colors that this figure has. The real attire is quite bright in real life but the figure made it more of a primary yellow/primary red attire. Adds to the inaccuracy but it’s the lowest gripe I have. And look at those giant hands!!
The belt is cool.
