Yes, but if it is a crowd funder, I would hope it would come after HIAC, Elimination Chamber, '95-'99ish Nitro stage, and '97-'99ish RAW stage.

I have to say no. I don't think I'd buy any entrance stage to be honest. But I think this one is too niche. At least the light-up New Gen was used at multiple events during that era instead of just a recurring PPV, plus the New Gen set up is a lot smaller.
