I'm brand new to collecting so maybe this had already been addressed.
I was just at Target and watched the guy stock a full case of nothing but Stacy figures....to say I was letdown is an understatement. I'm in a fairly small area and I can't imagine these will sell at full retail. That's why I ask the question of why?

Because they switched to shipping solid cases of each wrestler. I think it started with the set that had Valentine and Heenan in it. Each figure has a different dpci number so solid cases of one wrestler shouldn’t stop your store from getting the others in the set.

I think they started doing it this way because when they were doing assorted case packs most Targets would get maybe 2 cases of Legends and people were complaining that they never found certain figures because they would be gone by the time they found the series and the stores didn’t restock. So this way everyone (in the US) should be able to obtain them. Because now even if a store only gets on case of each that still 6 of each figure.

The move to open stock (full cases of each figure) was done to optimize in-store pickup and also allow Target to clearance out individual figures to easily move on to the next wave for each planogram reset. That’s why these are hitting like clockwork quarterly.
It’s been working great with most of you seemingly able to easily find these making Legends one of our top performing lines.

That's too many Keibler's for one location. She could of arguably just been thrown. in a battle pack.

Same happened up here in Canada. We just received full cases of Mean Mark and Edge, with no signs of Roag Dogg or Chyna. Shame.

We only received Mean Mark and Edge for series 14 and were skipped for series 13 entirely, even if TRU had these online only that would be good or if Mattel Canada actually sold figures.

A Target near me in Orlando last week had 24x Stacey Keiblers and 2x Lex Lugers, zero of the others. I did grab one but I should've just waited it out because these will certainly be marked down to $5-$10 in a couple months like series 13 and 14 were. This is a good lineup imo, so I'm guessing it will only be Stacey Keibler that will be warming the shelves until it gets clearanced out.

I would argue that that is an impossibility. You can never have too many Stacy Keiblers.

Chases have also been more obtainable. I think I found 6 or 8 fresh cases of the M$M wave none had the chase version. It's nice to know every store should receive at least one chase.

Well, hopefully they sell. Meanwhile, my Walmart has sold exactly zero Elite 92 Scarlett figures in the last 6 weeks.

It is a shame that wrestling figures just are not as popular or as big sellers here as they once might have been (for example B&M's across the country clogged up with tons of previous basics and elites that donot sell). Cannot blame Smyths for not stocking things for a very small amount of people that ultimately are not cost effective for Smyths. It sucks hard. I would love to buy a Ultimate or RA Batista figure, but cannot justify £50 or more for either of them.
So I feel your pain. Love the cries in British, things like that make me chuckle heartily!
