Having watched Guardians 3 now, I think that was the first movie post-Endgame that made me feel something other than "Boy, this is dragging." Yes, even No Way Home felt like that to me. No Way Home was like watching a RAW Legends episode.
Hell of a movie.

Guardians 3 is on the Mount Rushmore of MCU movies for me. Each time I watch it, it somehow gets better. It can make you laugh, cry, get angry, the whole deal.

Yh it runs out of puff for me too on rewatches. Mess. Has one of the worst scenes in MCU for me, after like an hour in and already more than enough nods to it… starlord just proceeds to explain events of previous films. Hate it.

Watching the MCU in chronological order so Captain Marvel was up next. Always enjoyed this one & never got the hate.

I’ve tried to watch GOTG 3 twice and just can’t get into it. I’m just not a fan of the cosmic side of the MCU.

I love the cosmic stuff but something about Guardians 3 that just didn't do it for me on follow up views. Gonna have to give it a month and give it another go.

Back to the Codyverse, I feel like Civil War is super overrated and I hated that Cap had to complete his trilogy in an Avengers 2.5 movie.

Cap 1 is very good, plods about a bit but does go at its own pace & has a killer payoff at the end. Whereas WS blazes along for the most part and still edges it out of those. Very much the die hard out of the MCU films for me. Civ War was the best kind of eyeball candy; they’d do well to remember how they did this one but feel like they’re running forward without looking back at all now - didn’t dig Zemo in it much or that Rhodey somehow survived infinity stone laser & thousands of feet smash, (even in metal suit), that is death so to fake out with that sucked. I think it would’ve made the end scrap mean more. Terrified for Cap 4 and how they will inevitably somehow try to introduce a female Captain America, probably Zendaya, not like they give a  anymore. |

Watched Iron Man, IM2 & The Incredible Hulk.
TIH is so underrated its phenomenal. Amazing movie & Stark coming into the bar at the end still makes me giddy.
